5.00We booked this private transfer from Antigua to Guatemala Airport at 7:00 and arrived at the airport at 9:00. Driver was on time, and got us there quickly and safely. After we booked, we got a message on aviator to confirm our pickup location as well as arrival location, which was nice to have peace of mind.

5.00We had an amazing in and out trip to Guatemala, where we wanted to see Lake Atitlán! In order to get there, we needed reliable transportation to and from the airport and I can't highly recommend Quetzal tours enough. Specifically - on our ride up, we wound up with Carlos, who I had the pleasure of chatting with for the 3-4 hour drive up. He's delightful, knowledgeable and a good safe driver even on the sometimes treacherous, windy roads. We liked him so much that we requested him for our Sunday drove back, and he came back and got us, and to the airport early despite random traffic and delays. If you need a clean shuttle with a good driver, use these guys! Tiene que ir con Carlos y Quetzal Tours! El camión es limpio, cómodo and Carlos puede llevar con seguro!

5.00Carlos was very prompt and friendly and safe. Took us to a great restaurant for breakfast and made a surprise stop for pictures above Lake Atitlan. Even with the language barrier, he used his phone to translate to ensure that everything was clearly communicated and to point out different landmarks and facts about the country. Highly Recommend.
