2.00Pickup spot was changed from inside terminal with you holding sign with our name to out door spot not easy to find. Our assigned driver never showed. Fortunately another driver from your company was there. He made a few phone calls and offered to drive us. Otherwise we would have been stranded without a ride!!

1.00They were a no show, and there. Communication is the worst i've ever had. We've waited and waited, I texted them. I had other people tried to call them no communication. Whatsoever. Finally, ended up getting a taxi for less money

5.00We arrived in Buenos Aires on New Year’s Day which is a widely celebrated holiday in Argentina. It was difficult to arrange transport for that day and other companies were not offering services then. Pollitan stepped up to the job and provided us with transport from the airport to our hotel. Our driver Alfredo was friendly and provided us with good tips on places to see in town.

3.00Drive from airport was good, however driver mixed up pickup. Despite a message saying meet at entrance E-F, driver waited at D! Went around twice and only stopped by us when our wheelchair drivers flagged him down.

I had booked a SUV for a private transfer down town AND HAD BEEN TRANSPORTED BY A YELLOW CAP. Can this be called PRIVATE TRANSFER? Don’t think so also considering the ratio of cost vs. type of service. Herbert

1.00Had problems communicating with driver. Gave flight number when booked flight 15 min late got off plane and was at pickup pint within a half hr. Waited almost 2 hrs for a driver to show up. Eventually rented a cab. Texted and tried calling driver not much luck communicating.

1.00Viator let us down, badly, having accepted a booking, including an airport transfer on day 1, then denying that it had done so - leaving us to organize our own transport at the last moment. Luckily the local company was better organized than Viator and they helped us get to and from the airport.

4.00Fine. Car clean and modern. Driver helpful and good safe driver. 10/15 minutes wait for the driver, but in fairness, we did through passport and luggage quickly.
