Excellent service. Both the service rep and the driver contacted me the day before we left for Japan. The driver stayed in contact with me on the day of arrival, when we landed, and while we were at baggage claim. The driver allowed us to stop and pick up a Suica card before we left the airport. Luckily there was no line so we were able to do this quickly. I really appreciate his flexibility.

Very good service and communication . Just an advice , please next time provide a bottle of water, it’s a 1 hour transfer.
