1.00Do NOT use this company! We scheduled a transfer from the La Romana airport- I called when we landed at 3:25 to tell them we had arrived and they said a car would arrive at 4pm. So we waited and waited and no one showed. When I called back I was left on hold for 20 min for them to tell me they went to a hotel to pick us up and since we went there we would still be charged! I spoke with a customer rep over an hour prior and told her exactly where we were… this company is awful and charged me $229 and didn’t even show up and won’t refund! Do not use- take a taxi- they are cheaper and available as soon as you come outside.

5.00Mario is very nice and very accommodating guide. We are a group of 30 and bus is very nice and comfortable. The ride to the airport from Riu Republica is not too far. Mario is also early, he was already waiting for us at the lobby.

5.00I scheduled my pickup 1 day before arriving in Punta Cana through the web, and while it is true when arriving at the airport counter they did not have my name, once they read my QR there was no problem and coordinated my transport quickly. I had booked the shared one, but in the end there were no more people on my route so it was just my husband and I so within 30 minutes we were already in our hotel.

5.00Our family of 4 stayed at the Hilton La Romana in Feb 2025. Our flight home to Toronto ON was delayed by over 24 hours due to weather and other issues with Sunwing. We connected with Reynaldo, our Nexus Tours Rep, over WhatsApp and he immediately helped to coordinate our extended stay at the resort. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, checking in with us to ensure we were comfortable and kept us updated re: flight and transportation details. Thank you Reynaldo for making our final 24 hours enjoyable and stress-free!
