Discover Hotel Chocolat's Bean to Bar experience, created especially for chocolate lovers who would like to gain delicious insider knowledge. You'll taste fresh cacao-pulp, hear the history of cacao, sample Rabot Estate Chocolate and learn how to transform roasted cacao beans into your very own chocolate bar.

While you're there, taste Hotel Chocolat's famous Cacao Cuisine, served street-food style, and an array of cocktails at The Cacao Bar - all enjoyed overlooking the lush nature of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch is ONLY included in the Tree to Bar tour price, but can be purchased as an add-on to the Bean to Bar experience upon arrival.

While the guide was great and informative, $69 per person for an hour of chocolate making and leaving with a small chocolate bar is very overpriced. This should be a $30 experience as most.

Family with young teens. We loved it. Had no idea what to expect. Absolutely recommend. Marina was the best. Such a beautiful place.

Well, planned tour and a very personalized. Staff was very professional. Would definitely recommend for family, friends or couples

Great experience and nice little touches made it feel value for money but you don't go on a working farm per se - to see the process, you go in to a greenhouse and walk to different parts of it where a couple of workers show you that part of the process. Lunch was amazing! We booked on the 1pm tour but arrived early and could have lunch before (it's usually at the end of the tour so 3pm so be prepared or go early if you want to eat at lunchtime). Big group so couldn't really hear the guide at times.

This was a fun and educational experience! Our guide, Jonathan was kind, humorous and knowledgeable. Our tour included a chocolate making experience which was good work but culminated with our own chocolate to take home The tour concluded with a delicious meal.

I would highly recommend this to anyone in St Lucia but especially if you are a chocolate lover. It was a great experience to tour their sustainable growing area, seedling growing area, hear how it all started and of course to make our own dark chocolate. It was an entertaining, exciting and rewarding experience. And of course you get to try all kinds of chocolate inspired drinks and food options. A very good way to spend a morning and afternoon.

The experience of grinding the nibs and adding the butter and sugar, to our taste, was fun. However, it was not a $69 experience. Also, the chocolate in the gift shop was a bit expensive. The chocolate experience should include a tour.
