  Booked Rijksmuseum tickets just after we was rejected from Van gogh museum, as our voucher not worked at all , we enjoyed here the audio guide. It’s well-organized, easy to navigate, and the commentary added so much historical depth. A must-visit for anyone in Amsterdam ,highly recommend

  I booked the entrance and audio guide for the Rijksmuseum in advance, but never received tickets. Despite the immediate charge to the card, there was no trace of the reservation in their system and the staff did not allow me to enter. Customer service is not responding.

  The stories behind the artworks made the visit come alive, and unlimited access time meant no rushing at all for us and it worked well. We spent way longer than planned just admiring Rembrandt. We followed the wrong audio track for about 2 minutes before realizing I was learning about a room I hadn’t reached yet. Funny but totally worth it!

  Well organized museum and really underrated, i found it really inspiring with amazing art collection. My wife told me she prefer this museum over Van Gogh which is about 5 minutes away by walk. Entry was smooth, tickets provided about 4 days in advance, so we had good visit, stressless experience.

  We can share only positive experience at this museum, very easy to reach , walk and explore the art. I personally did not plan to come here, but our other museum visit was cancelled so we tried to find alternative option and Rijksmuseum was incredible. Daniel provided our tickets within 20 minutes from our reservation made. Audio guide was nice, our kids enjoyed to listen it. My wife said she could spent hours here enjoying the beauty of the art. We will definitely come back here in future. Thank you again.

• Rijksmuseum for a family in rainy day was our best option

  We visited Amsterdam during rainy day and our only option was Rijksmuseum as other attractions were sold out. A friend of mine recommended me this place as a great escape from the rain and I really dont regret. Our guide Niels provided nice stories , very nice guy full of humour and love. A very good afternoon spent at the musuem.

  No need to say that this museum is fantastic. What i can recommend is that the time slot 11am is very good, as there are not lot of people compared to time slot afternoon, we walked that time from Van gogh museum and seen a long queue. As a US visitor i appreciated English audio guide. Very good as we dont speak Dutch.

  It was our pleasure to visit Rijksmuseum which is located near Van Gogh museum , just 5 minutes by walk. We had amazing time here, explored great piece of art , audio guide was helpful. This company provided us with our entry tickets and audio guide, along with detailed instructions about 1 week before our tour started. Thank you for this experience.
