During this 120-minute art tour, through the permanent collection in the Rijksmuseum, you will explore how the artists Rembrandt and Vermeer captured the incredible expansion of the Dutch Golden Age.

Meet your guide at the Cobra Cafe at Museumplein. Right at the starting time of the tour, the guide will enter the museum with the group. People who are late will unfortunately loose their ticket, as the museum works with strict timeslots.

After the 2-hour guided tour inside the Rijksmuseum, you can stay as long as you wish, relax at the cafe or continuing appreciating the work of arts.

Loved having Kawika as our guide! He knew so much about the artists and artworks. He also shared the relevent history and pertinent background info about the artist and his/her time period. I loved the fascinating tidbits! He knew how to maximize our time by not waiting at busy spots but ensured we came back when crowds were less. Great job, Kawika!

We had a great guide - Gosse who was very knowledgeable about the art of Rembrandt and the Golden Age of the Netherlands. The tour was the right length, not too long, not too short. The museum itself is stunning and Gosse really provided insights into selected paintings, after which we had time to explore on our own. The museum cafe is also a good value with very fresh foods on offer.

Such a well organized and professional tour of the museum. Gosse, our tour guide, was extremely well versed with the art and art history. We learned so much. You could tell how much he enjoyed sharing his knowledge and love of art with us. The tour itself started and ended on time. Highly recommend!
