Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
The guide will be waiting for you inside "Emporio Souvenirs" shop
Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
Kindly note that the ID of children under 1 years old may be required

4.00Guide was super knowledgeable .. very enjoyable if you’re a history buff like me. My intention was to go up a tower but it was really windy so didn’t get to but that’s not the guides fault.
Tower Access Refund Issue

2.00Refund issue for Tower Access - good tour but large group and it took a long time to get organized with us waiting just to get in. We added the Tower Access portion for approx $42 per person. It was raining and the Tower was closed. We were told we would be refunded the cost of that piece. Once home, I had to contact Viator to discuss refund with tour operator (they did not refund). The tour operator then refunded $10 per person, clearly not the $42 we spent extra for the tower. I believe this is what the cathedral charges for the Tower Access, but we paid much more through Viator, which is fine. Despite repeated attempts to resolve through Viator, we have not received a refund for what we paid for that piece of the tour.
