  It is amazing, our tour guide Roger was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, explained so much, but every person in the tour remained engaged, he pointed out things one would miss without his expertise

  I would have liked to have had a bit more structure when meeting up with the tour guide. We were asked to meet at a gift shop "Emporium" but with so many other tours it was hard to figure out which guide was which ⁹Even when we asked the staff inside the gift shop or the security guard outside they weren't too happy assist. Hence, I think a flag of some sort would have lessen the ability to find the guide. Aside from the initial confusion, the tour was absolutely great . Our guide provided substantial and great knowledge of this amazing tour that holds a great deal of astonishing highlights.

  This was the most dreadful tour experience of our travel life. This is the first time I have used Viator since a tour in Italy that had a few issues, but this was horrific. When you pay for an English speaking guide, you actually expect to understand that English. We asked her if she could perhaps speak a little slower to which she replied, I don’t know, I will try. It was tedious, listening to her staccato dialect and several people left the tour early. We did not because we had entrance to the towers. Additionally, any tour we have ever been on, starts on time. We had to wait for a baby to be changed, then we had to wait for a man who had come 10 minutes late. Unacceptable.

  I received a notification that the tower tour had been canceled…and that I’d be refunded a partial amount. Unfortunately, I received that notification AFTER my cancellation window had closed. So it was a coincidence that the tower portion of the tour was cancelled just hours after I could no longer cancel the entire tour? I think not! I reached out to notify the company that I wanted a full refund because seeing the towers was the main reason I bought the tickets. I got NO response. I think it’s very unfair to receive a notification that part of the tour was cancelled without being able to cancel the entire tour. I literally got the notification hours AFTER the cancellation window closed. That’s bad business. Now, I’m stuck with paying for a tour that I didn’t take because I wanted to see the towers…not just the church.
