4.00Lovely crew and boat. The seas were rough, they offered a different cruise date. Food was good, beverages good but had to ask for refills. Alice was very informative Thank you! Would go again

1.00Be very cautious when booking with this company. Their communication is extremely poor and misleading. The pickup instructions they provided were inaccurate and confusing — the voucher did not clearly state that the pickup time was different from the start time, nor did it list an actual pickup time. They later sent an important follow-up email that went straight to my junk folder (a sign of unprofessional communication practices), and then changed the pickup time an hour later with very short notice. By that time, I had no Wi-Fi access to see their last-minute update. (The actual pick up time was ultimately at 11:50 am and the actual pick up location was near a bus stop down the street from the indicated hotel, neither of which is on the voucher.) Despite my timely explanation and clear evidence of their communication errors, the company refused to offer any refund or accountability for the missed trip. It’s disappointing to see such poor organization and lack of customer service on an island that thrives on tourism. Travelers deserve better clarity, reliability, and respect for their time and money.

4.00Beautiful day, welcoming staff, delicious food, amazing views, small group was perfect. There was an issue with our pickup, I mistakenly thought we would have hotel pickup, but we had to go to bus stop. When our pickup didn't arrive, i called the tour company and they told me because we weren't at the bus stop, the van left without us. I was surprised they didn't call me, and as it turns out 2 people not scheduled for our tour took our seats, and the driver did not check their identification, so the driver thought we were on the van. The tour company then quickly sent a taxi (with license plate number for identification) to bring us to the port, and because we were late and our tour boat had departed, they had a speed boat take us the our catamaran, we were very happy with this service to correct the mistake I made and they lack of a phone call because of the drivers mistake. Moral of the story: I should have been more mindful of pickup location and the driver should check IDs.
