This tour is DIFFERENT as it takes you to the very edge of Loch Ness where you can touch it or walk in, unlike nearly every other tour company who visit Loch Ness on the steep side, only stopping in a lay-by for photos.
This bus tour from Invergordon features highlights from Outlander, Culloden, Castles, Loch Ness & Nessie! It packs in a lot for one day's tour and is very affordable and good value for money. Our website contains full details of all tours and booking.
Please check the tour times on our website, as the times listed here are approximate. As a general rule tours leave 30 minutes to 1.5 hours after the arrival of the ship and return at least 1 hour before ship departure time. Please check our website for more details.

4.00Cawdor Castle was really nice. The gardens were especially beautiful to walk around and enjoy. We didn't spend much time at Loch Ness, but there wasn't much to see anyway, no Nessie to be found. The tour guide did a nice job.

4.00Tour was good but I have to say it was OVERPRICED!!! When comparing to other tours we did did with both you and Discover Scotland it was steep. You did include Ticket to Cawdor Castle but overall not worth the cost. More like I would have paid to Princess Cruise lines.

5.00Great coordination in the port. Good stop timing. The bus was equipped with toilet. The guide was well prepared and even gave us each a local candy bag.
Loved Inverness and this tour was a great overview! Highly recommend

5.00We had a wonderful time with our guide, June. She was very kind and loved to share local information. It wasn’t just the tourist spot info, there were lots of local stories as well. She knew everyone in town and they knew her, and it was so charming and cute. We saw so much wonderful stuff in Inverness and I only wish we had more time there because it was such a lovely area! Also coos…love love love the coos. We were most excited about seeing these darling shaggy coos, and thought we might get to pet them, but alas, we were not allowed. That was the one slight disappointment, but just a very very minor one.

4.00It was a great day, I just wished there was more time at Culloden. I think there was more than enough time at the castle that a little time could have been shaved off. We ended up having to que at the castle because so many ships were late and there would have still been more than enough time you shave some time off that and give more time to Culloden. The tour guide was fabulous though!!

5.00Seoris was our tour guide and he was wonderful. They met us right outside the port where the cruise shuttles dropped us off. We spent an enchanting time in Inverness, then on to Cawdor Castle. Seoris had many interesting things to add along the beautiful drive, acquainting us with the countryside and way of life. We visited Culloden and Loch Ness. On the way back to the cruise port we stopped at a cute little farm where we met some highland cows. Heather was an amazing driver, getting us through the tight spots safely and efficiently. We were back near the cruiseport in a timely manner with the shuttle waiting to take us back to the ship. I would highly recommend this tour and you would be very lucky to get a guide like Seoris!
