As the leaders in the industry we feel it is our duty to have all our tours conducted by professionals. Our Manatee snorkel tours are guided by USCG Captain as well as a licensed and insured dive professional. Our in water professionals are trained as first responders, with First aid, CPR, AED administration and in-water rescue training. Captain and guides are also trained in manatee manners, through the Manatee Eco Tourism Association in coordination with United States Fish and Wildlife Service. The training allows us to lead the industry by operating the saftest tours on the water for our guest and manatees alike.

Join us as we explore the Kings Bay National Wildlife Refuge to find and swim alongside the gentle giants. As you embark on your journey, your Captain and In-Water Guide will teach you everything you need to know about interacting with these gentle creatures. In addition to learning manatee facts and their behavioral patterns, our captains are extremely knowledgeable about the Crystal River and Florida’s manatees, so they’ll be able to answer any questions you may have. Our tours include: full wet suits, mask, snorkel, water and towel service. All of our tours leave from our onsite private docks, with heated changing facility and hot showers.

Lovely close encounters on a Wed morning!

5.00We had an absolutely lovely Wednesday morning with Mark and Sarah on a semi private tour. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 and 8) and there was 1 other couple with us. Sarah has a knack for where to go, how to avoid the crowds and when to be patient and wait and let them come to us. We got nice quiet time in the Three Sisters Spring because at first there were no manatees so the other tours left. We headed in, got to quietly explore and enjoy the spring and got to spot a few that swam in after us and then when we got to see lots more when we headed back out. You can tell both Mark and Sarah love when they do, care about the health and wellness of the bay and the manatees and want to share this special experience with visitors. Highly recommend!

Will absolutely go again and again! Saw a momma and baby nursing, solo female, and male all in the bay!

5.00Booked the Semi-Private tour the day of. Glen was a great Captain and John was a terrific guide. They were friendly, knowledgeable, funny and generally helped to make it a great experience. We got to see so many manatees. Truly magical. We were guided in a way that offered up close and personal swim with the manatees. 10 out of 10. Would swim again.

5.00John, and everyone who works there, are amazing! We were in a small group of only 5 people and had personal guidance when were among the manatees. The guides are all friendly and knowledgeable and help get you to a safe distance for wonderful viewing of the manatees. I cannot recommend this company enough! The facility is right on the water, and everything was efficient, and well run. We can't wait to come back!
