We are one of the few service providers offering real car photos in advance — a guarantee that the car you see is exactly what you'll get. step 3: Before your arrival, we closely monitor your flight in real time. Your driver will be at the airport with a name sign according to your actual landing time, whether your flight is early or delayed — no need to worry. step 4: the moment your flight lands, you'll receive a warm welcome message from us along with a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. Meeting point: the EXIT of "Checked baggage Claim Area" Once you collect your checked luggage and walk out from the EXIT, you'll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go. step 5: From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. 5.00Amazong service so friendly and accommodating. We'd booked sn airport to town transfer, but got delayed in the airport for 2 hours with lost luggage. They were fine with this. Obviously I tipped the driver, best to have Alipay. We used them again to get to a water town. Extremely efficient. Was in the heatwave and we asked them to collect us early. Again not a problem. Thoroughly recommend

5.00We are very grateful and happy to have found David and his transfer and tour service. From the time he first responded to my email, I felt safe and happy . Everything thing was professionally explained in detail. Communication was set up on WhatsApp or WeChat . . All we need to do is look out for the driver who met us just outside the arrival hall with a big card with the company name and my name on the card. The driver is polite and helped us with our luggage and drove carefully and safely . We had a good conversation along the way to the airport and learned a lot about Shanghai and the people. We would highly recommend David and Mr Orange transfer services to anyone looking for a stress free, trustworthy and professional service.

5.00When I booked the transfer from PVG to Hotel, it was very reassuring to receive a WhatsApp message acknowledging from Orange Transfer Service with instructions. When we arrived at PVG we got a message and the lady driver met us at the exit hall with a clear sign with my name. She assisted in carrying our luggage out of the airport and loaded into the car. She was very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend the service.
