This attraction will be the only location in Dubai offering the unique experience of spectacular views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline, along with an interactive experience about the making of Palm Jumeirah. Visitors to The View will start their journey at the roof plaza of Nakheel Mall. From there, an elevator, complete with a floor-to-ceiling digital sea, sand, and sky experience.
The tower itself is 240 meters above on the 52nd floor of the iconic Palm Tower offers panoramic, 360-degree views of Palm Jumeirah. Spot iconic landmarks and hidden gems of this beautiful city and explore the history behind this world-famous Palm Jumeirah.

5.00A good expirence, I went at 1pm and didnt really seem to need the fast pass ticket as there was no one in the other queue, but when I got back down the queue was huge, so think I got lucky ! The view is amazing, but very hot (late april) so you cant stay there very long.

5.00We attended the view at the palm and decided to pay a little more and go to the highest point of the building; level 54. As we approached the top at sunset, via the stairs, we felt like we were climbing a staircase to paradise. This feeling was created by a gentle breeze, very relaxing music which was playing through the speakers, and the gentle opening up of breathtaking views with every step we took. Level 54 is certainly worth every penny, as it allows you the opportunity to see the palm with completely uninterrupted views. We were the only ones left at the top of the view at the palm by approximately 8pm, which we stayed until closing. During our alone time, we asked the security guard; Feh, to take a series of photos of us, which he was more than happy to accommodate. It was like having a personal photographer. When the palm lit up at night, revealing its jaw dropping, magical design, we decided to re-create our first dance from our wedding, as it was our Honeymoon and we were celebrating one of our Birthday. Again, Feh took the time to record a full video for us and with a smile on his face, complimented our dance and described how it made his evening even nicer. We were very fortunate to be the only ones left, as it allowed Feh to be able to video us without having to keep an eye on everything. This was the perfect way to end our first night in Dubai, thanks to fantastic views, incredible weather, a cosy ambiance and the assistance of a very helpful member of staff. Thanks view at the palm and thanks Feh!

5.00The directions and organization of the tour was excellent. It was well worth the extra $ to skip the line. Access to the 54the level was easy and the views from there are breathtaking!

1.00Viator routed our booking to a local agency (we booked 5pm for 4 adults, 3 kids) first they send us only 7 tickets. Then when I questioned them, they sent me 7 tickets. Upon arrival we realized they gave us 4 adult tickets for entry at 6pm and kids for 7pm!!!!! Mind you we pay a lot of money for the prime time ie 5pm. Then we were blocked at the entrance. They allowed only 3 folks to go (1 kid included after we almost begged them). Next they told us to come back at 630 and we we allowed in only by 7. By that time the sun has set and it was past prime time. The travel agency refused to respond to my refund requests and ignored my WhatsApp. So did Viator when I called them. I strongly discourage anyone using them to NOT USE THEM. They scammed us.
