The tour is amazing and our guide is very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hike and explored many features of the glaciers. It was a fairly easy hike for me and should be suitable for every age group. High recommend

  • Very nice, were hoping for more

We clearly had a good time, because two hours on the ice felt like 10 minutes and we would have been happy to stay longer. Kam the guide was super nice and helpful. But, as other people had noted, this is just walking around on ice, no actual climbing or anything remotely advantageous and the cool equipment - harness, helmet, ax - are just for show.

  • An eye-opening trip

We had a great time on the glacier. Emilia was a wonderful guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about Glaciers. She was very safety conscious and made us feel safe in an unfamiliar circumstance. We felt that Emilia went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

a good experience for the whole family. Our guide was a 10 star guide. However, based on previous reviews, we thought this activity was much harder than it turned out to be. it's practically an hour walking on flat ice and you don't use the harness or harpoons for anything more than a photo. if you are looking for an adventure or a more physical activity, take the 5 hour trip.

  • Great Experience, Easy/Moderate Hike

Based upon some of the other reviews, I thought this hike was going to be a lot harder than it was. I'll admit that the first part of the hike could be seen as tough for some people, as the rocks are steep and loose, but overall, I thought the entire hike was quite easy/moderate. Older people or people who are out of shape could struggle. It was great to learn about the glacier and how things are formed. It's beautiful to see all of the beautiful ice formations and it gave me a greater appreciation for nature.
