We meet our customers at a range of convenient pickup locations across Sydney between 7 to 7.30am. During the booking process, please select your preferred pickup location at checkout, or alternatively, send us a message via your booking platform to confirm your choice. Our meeting points include major hotels such as PARKROYAL Darling Harbour (150 Day St), Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (161 Elizabeth St), Sir Stamford at Circular Quay (93 Macquarie St), Four Seasons Hotel Sydney (199 George St), Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour (12 Darling Dr), Mercure Sydney (820 George St), Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay (30 Pitt St), Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection (11 Hickson Rd), and Park Hyatt Sydney (7 Hickson Rd, The Rocks).
Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
The ferry ride from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes approximately 40–45 minutes, and customers will need to make their own transport arrangements from either terminal to their accommodation. Cash will not accept for ferry tickets and you need to have a valid credit card to purchase ferry tickets.
Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per Viator guidelines.

5.00The tour was a great experience, and our guide was wonderful and adapted the day to what we liked and wanted to see. He had great insight at the Blue Mountain stops, and we loved Featherdale. Getting to meet a Koala and pet a kangaroo was amazing. This tour made it so easy to enjoy the day and not have to worry about navigating it for ourselves.

5.00Really good & Rocky our tour guide was very informative. My only disappointment was I must have ticked the option to walk rather than take the cable car, which mean't I had to pay $61 extra to book a cable car. No room for error on that one.
No trip to Sydney is complete without including Blue Mountains

5.00Amazing scenery, really interesting experience. Had so much fun at Featherdale Wildlife Park, feeding the animals and getting close to the koalas. Leura was a great place to stop for lunch and Scenic World cable car rides were great

5.00Another amazing travel experience. On time pick up’s and drops. Does not waste any time. Lot of knowledge shared with the group. Comfortable seating with a luxury vehicle. Well planned tour. 10/10. Highly recommended.

5.00Great way to spend a day outside of the city. Rocky, our driver and guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He included everyone and helped people with their different interests. Interesting stops, great views, cable cars, and native wildlife made for a full and memorable day. The van is very comfortable as well. If you are considering the Blue Mountains this is a very worthwhile experience. We are glad we got to do this.

5.00Despite rainy and foggy conditions we had a super day. Our guide Rocky did his very best to help us enjoy the day and was great fun and very knowledgeable. All of the timings worked well and he was able to adjust the schedule and transport to deal with the weather. The ending at the wildlife park was a terrific end to the day. A bus of 10 people is a perfect number and we would highly recommend this tour.
