  We loved this!!! From start to finish it was absolutely awesome!! Mozzarella making, olive oil tasting, wine, and a FULL pizza making class. Pizza making and then Pizza Eating! Wow. We loved every minute of it. Also, it is really just a two minute drive outside of the center of Sorrento.....you can't walk there because of the roads, but it is not a long windy car ride to the destination.

  Great set up and fun instructions on successful pizza making. The team worked together very well and we could tell how much they enjoy their jobs and making customers feel comfortable and satisfied. We highly recommend this for others as a focused cooking experience that ends with good pizza and wine!

  Luigi and Maria and others on their team were delightful! We had such a fun time and really enjoyed it, The hosts were so engaging - it made the experience so fun! It was also educational and we picked up some good tips! Pizza was really great too!!

  This was great fun, we were collected from Sorrento by mini bus & driven up into the hills where we were welcomed with aprons & wine. Then we were given a demonstration of how to make mozzarella which was fascinating. We had a quick tasting session of oils & then got down to business. We chose the Pizza making & soon we were busy making & kneading our dough under the watchful eye of Luigi. He explained why the dough we had just made had to go off & prove for a day & soon we had ready to go dough to kneed & stretch before adding our toppings & popping them into the Pizza oven. It was all great fun. Finally.of course, we got to sit down & eat our own pizzas, with more wine & homemade tiramasu for dessert before being dropped back to Sorrento once we were all ready. We had great fun & a fantastic day. Thanks guys

  My husband and I had a wonderful time learning about making really good pizza. Laura and Luigi were gracious hosts and teachers. We are anxious to try our hand at making pizza at home, now that we know all the correct ingredients and the procedures involved to have it come out just right.
