  We went on this excursion not knowing what to expect. It was our last night in Sharm, and my husband was exhausted from his week of doing nothing. The company had texted us the night before and let us know that we would be picked up at 4pm. We were picked up by Muhamed, who gave us a primer on the history of Sharm, and how it currently operated. We drove out to the safari, and were greeted with an interesting traffic jam of quad bikes and camels. Then we went for a short camel ride, led by some local bedouin men. They will take photos of you, and they do want to be tipped. And you should tip them, even if you are morally opposed to tipping as a practice, this is their culture and we should treat them with respect. Also how often are you going to ride a camel in your life? It's a very neat experience. Camels are way sturdier than horses, but if you're afraid of heights, you are up much taller on the camels than you are on a typical horse. After the camel ride, we went out to the Bedouin dinner, where you receive both dinner and a show. There is a small hike where you can take in a panoramic view of the desert, it's very pretty, but getting down is a bit of a bear if you're tall and have bad knees and terrible balance. Don't worry, someone will help you. The show consisted of bellydancing, fire dancing, and dinner. The rice is absolutely incredible. I don't normally rave about rice, but I genuinely wanted the recipe. The chicken was fine, and the salad was pleasantly spiced. After dinner and the show we were taken to the telescopes. It was a bit overcast, but we were still able to see the moon, Jupiter, and Orion. From the telescopes we saw Jupiter and 3 of it's moons, and our moon. The astronomy expert was very funny, and kept things moving. Mohamed dropped us back off at our hotel at 8:30pm. I never once felt in danger in the car, and I learned a lot. A good mix of active learning. It also felt like the perfect amount of time for an excursion. Mohamed and the Sharm Smile Team were absolutely wonderful. 10/10

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The desert setting was beautiful and calm and the evening was well organized without feeling rushed. The Bedouin dinner was enjoyable and authentic and the stargazing was the real highlight with clear explanations and impressive views through the telescope. The staff were friendly and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable evening in Sharm El Sheikh.

  I don’t know where to start. All I know is that the tour company is fully professional and helpful. All activities from pick-up to drinks, shows and more are definitely worth the amount you paid. The helpfulness and professional attitude of Mr. Guide Muhammet were remarkable. Friend Cemil is a true expert on the road. Above all, thank you very much Mr. Hasan, Mr. Muhammad and his team.

  Amazing experience nabil was so friendly and knowledgeable and it’s great to see him support the Bedouin people. Really interesting to learn about the local people and culture. The star gazing was great with a great talk and good views of the moon and Saturn.

  We had a very educational experience with Mohammed. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Bedouin culture. The dinner was delicious and there are options for vegans/vegetarians.

  Our guide nabil was amazing. Great communication and very knowledgeable and interesting. We had an amazing time learning about the bedouin way of life. Great star gazing talk and camel ride and lovely meal with with some good entertainment.

  Our guide was very professional and kept us update on his expected arrival time. On the journey he explained the history of the area and answered all of our questions and had an expansive knowledge of the area and Egypt in general.   Once again Sharm smile tours delivers the most pleasant, friendly tour from the pick up to the excursion and the return back to the hotel. If you have never been to Sharm then I would highly recommend and use Sharm smile for all your adventures as they will 100% deliver the best experiences you can imagine. Although this is a review for the star gazing I will upload the pictures from all excursions done with Sharm smiles from the diving tour to tiran island, horse riding, cairo by plane and Sharm stargazing.
