  Very good organization, impeccable timing, very good breakfast well complete, balloon flight safely, magical, pity the sunrise was not at the rendezvous, I recommend 100%, eyes closed.

  The agency sent an email a day prioir to let us know that the driver would msg the pickup location that evening. Advice is to recce the pickup location before or be punctual so you won't delay the pickup for others as they need to ensure we catch the sunrise. When we arrived at the site, we were served light refreshments and given safety instructions. After which, boarding starts. Each balloon basket is divided into 4 sections for passengers, each accommodating up to 5pax. We opted for a drone video to capture the entire experience for 400dirham extra and was super worth it. Beside the drone footage, we were given a video selfie stick to capture extra footage. The next day, they would send the edited 3min+ HD video to us via a link. Very professional and beautifully edited, resolution was also not bad at 1920x1080p. During the flight, when the sun rose over the horizon, the pilot would blast Here Comes The Sun over the speakers and it added an extra dimension to the experience. Très romantique! After the flight, a delicious spread if continental breakfast was served picnic style overlooking the desert expanse. Overall a magical experience, the personnel, driver, safety guys, pilot, were all very professional, friendly and made it extra memorable. Highly recommended!

  The experience was wonderful. They took us in proper sunrise time. We booked 5 AM slot and the pick up vehicle came around 5 AM, we had snacks and saw the prepartion of balloon flight. we got into balloon around 6:35 AM and got down around 7:30 AM. It was quite an experience. The after breakfast was very good. There are private photographers, who can take your pictures and drone shots during the ride for an extra fee. They make 2 mins video and give you(for the extra price).

  It was amazing experience! We travwl with group of friends and it was our first ever flight by balloon. We absolutely helped with Hogler ( capitan) and the happy balloon company. 1. Safety is priority. We were instructed, the capitan considers the weather, the team controls and explains the rules. 2. Organizational: We had a schedule and follow it (pick up time/ breakfast / transfer etc). 3. Team speaks decent English, so no communication issues 4. Delicious breakfast and unbelievable home made cookies (we loved them so much!) 5. Photo from the flight for free. Also opportunity to buy video from dron just with you group. 6. Comfortable transfer auto worh airco. I believe it was one of the best experiences in Marocco for us and we glad that we have chosen this company. Highly recommend!
