This was a wonderful and memorable experience. The accommodation was very clean, the food was delicious, and the tour guide, Khalid, was very dedicated and cheerful.

Visiting Merzouga and the Sahara Desert is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Riding camels over golden dunes, watching the sunrise and sunset, and spending a night in a desert camp under the stars is simply magical. Perfect for adventure and photography lovers!

It's a long trip, but very worthwhile. Most of the time spent is on the van, but given the long distances it's inevitable. If you do this in winter, be sure to bring very warm clothes - the nights are especially chilly

This is a good value trip. It was well organised and the staff and guides were all very friendly, helpful and professional. It's a big tour along a very well trodden route - you're on a minibus with a group of around 15, but there were up to 7 minibuses arriving to the same stops at the same time for the 3 days which meant it got pretty busy. Lunch stops were pre-arranged set menu/buffets (about 15€ per meal). Sandboarding and the camel ride were great!

The overall review of our trip, is an outstanding. It was almost over just before we started snowing in the Atlas Mountains, we waited at a gas station for almost two hours, and just had a flat tire on the bus, which resulted in an anecdote. But our guide, Khalid was watching that we didn't lose any of the activities because of the delay.. it goes a long way.. considering that we were not in a very comfortable bus. They put us on a bus where only English was spoken and our English is poor or almost zero, but Khalid made an effort to make us understand all his explanations... A 10 for our guide, who was very friendly and helpful..even got us by taxi when getting off in Marrakech to take us to the hotel that was on the outskirts.. The views in the desert unmatched and the camp quite comfortable.. a 10/10 rating.

This was the highlight of our trip. They picked us up at Jemaa el-Fna, in front of the Paris Café restaurant. There are many tours and many vans arriving, so don’t worry—they will look for you. Yassin, our driver and guide, was fantastic from start to finish. He is also a very good driver. On the way back, the road in the Atlas Mountains was blocked and we had to wait for it to reopen. He drove very carefully and safely. When dropping us back at our riad, he made sure to ask everyone where they were staying before dropping them off. The trip was amazing. Merzouga and Ait Benhaddou were the highlights of the journey. We are from Canada, and I can tell you that if you go to the desert in December, it is very cold. My wife even got sick. We didnt chose the luxury camp option but it includes a private bathroom, but the water was extremely cold, so no one used it. Overall, it was great value for the money you pay. Thank you, Morocco Global Adventure, and thank you to Mr. Yassin.

This was the first and last time I book with an organized tour. Our tour guide, Ali was awesome, but the backend planning lacked common sense. For example, the minibuses used are packed to the brim with adults like you and I, and there is no legroom for very long drives. That, and I am used to being in a car for a long time, but when you overload the buses with too many people and luggage, it kills the suspension. So you have a very bumpy ride. Many of us became sick and vomited several times on the drive due to this, and the lack of space. I thought it was just me who became sick, until the last day when everyone started talking about it and how sick they have been the entire time. My spouse also was in considerable pain the entire time as well, and her sickness (in addition to mine) coupled with utter lack of heat the last day made it a rough one. The restaurants chosen by the tour were sub-par, and the hotel accommodation was "moroccan 4 star". Moroccan 4 star means a hotel with flaking paint, nonfunctioning HVAC, and black mold in the bathroom. We paid extra for the luxury tent package which included a shower and toilet. There were no attempts to heat either the tent or the water in the winter. That becomes an issue when you wake up and it is -3C outside. I appreciate the fact that this was in late December, but having hot water bottles, or at least some attempt to provide instant water heaters in the luxury tents would have been good, and honestly for the extra $$, expected. If you choose to go, Bring pain medicine, diarrhea meds, and take motion sickness pills before even getting on the bus! If you do that, and expect a cramped, uncomfortable ride- it will give you incredible views. And again- Ali was great as a guide, but the logistics for food, lodging, and vehicles used was abysmal.

Excellent trip, the two Mohammad’s were great- driver and tour guide!! . I was a tad worried given how inexpensive the trip was, but it was so good. Met great , like minded, people on the trip which was truly the best part. Traveled with my 15 year old son who probably enjoyed the tour and freedom more than me!! Claire & Darragh
