  We had a VERY knowledgeable tour guide. From the feeding the pigeons and chickens to the iguanas and the lesson on the shore. Hope everyone gets a chance to use him

  This was a fabulous experience. Our initial tour guide Noel was unable to accommodate us, but he arranged for Ludo to be our tour guide. Ludo was great! His knowledge about the island was superb and his demeanor was so friendly and calm. My friend and I were the only ones on the tour and we had a VIP experience. At one of the stops I left my wallet and did not realize it. I came back to the hotel and realized I did not have my wallet. I then contacted Noel and Ludo. Ludo went back to the restaurant was able to get my wallet with everything still in the wallet And delivered it back to us at the hotel. I can’t say enough how grateful I was. I definitely would recommend this tour.

  Amazing guide! Speaks 5 languages. Very friendly and he knows everyone in St. Martin. I will book him again if I come with my family

All the great birthday 🥳 songs 😆. Tell the owner of 21-7 the cigars are on point. 🔥 Thanks for showing us the island - truly an amazing day.   Thak you Noel for sharing your island with us for half the day and sharing the history. We had a wonderful time and learned so much about the island. Our tour was 4 hours long and went to the Dutch and French sides. Stopped to do some shopping and saw historical places. We enjoyed lunch at Sandy's and went to the French bakery close by. We usually do not leave the resort however I am glad our concierge was able to book us with Noel.

  The view from the fort was the best. Driver was great but the itinerary wasn’t as described. Disappointing.

  was not what we expected tour operator never showed up when we contacted him he never received our pick up from viator he offered us the day after trip which really was a rush tour

  We booked this excursion when we were going to be in port for the day on a cruise. The two options when reserving are 930am and 3pm. Since our ship was not arriving until 1030, we selected the 3pm tour. We arrived at the meeting place to find lots of other tours dropping people off, but nobody being picked up. At 3pm I called Noel Tours (being from Canada I had too turn on my cell phone at a cost of $15). It was a poor connection, all I could here was that they were on the way. 15 minutes later I called again. There was a better connection, the guy who answered told me that they waited until 1030 for us then left. Not sure why hey would do that when my ticket clearly says 3pm, and we weren't even off the boat until 1045. At 335 the driver showed up to start the tour. He did not even introduce himself, and hardly spoke the entire time. He did comment on when we were crossing the borders on the island, but little else. When we asked him a question he did answer, but as a tour guide he did not offer anything. He asked what time we needed to be back for the cruise ship, and I told him 730. Bottled water, soda, and alcoholic beverages were supposed to be included. They were not. Wi-Fi on the bus. Nope. I'm not sure if or when we passed by Grand Case, the driver did not mention it. When we got to Marigot, he told us we had 30 minutes (supposed to be an hour). He skipped Fort St Louis altogether. I learned about the Fort from a vendor selling Lemonade in Marigot. We were supposed to stop at Maho Beach for 45 minutes, he gave us 15. We did see a couple planes taking off, and one landing. After this he stopped at the Flagpole lookoff point for a few pictures, then drove us back to the pickup location, skipping St Maarten Nectar and the Courthouse stops. He dropped us off at around 545pm. We easily could have made another stop or two, and spent longer on Maho Beach.

  Noelle was wonderful we had a group of 5 and he was so nice, detailed in history of St. Martin and fun to be around. This tour is highly recommended 👌🏽 👏. Great job!
