Telaga Waja Rafting will offer you 18 kilometer distance of rafting trip and 3 hours durations. Well trained rafting guide will ensure your youngest child had a safe and enjoyable trip, the rapid is not extreme but more than enough to boost your Adrenalin. Telaga Waja River is very appropriate for beginner, it’s very safe, there is nothing to worry. During the rafting you will pass some bamboo bridges, waterfall and the last action will jump at Bajing dam are 4 meters high.

We went river rafting with our guide Gusti who was very welcoming and a very funny man. We thoroughly enjoyed our time river rafting. We were a bit nervous of the drops included whilst rafting but the tour operator reassured us with a very informative safety briefing. It was a lot of fun and the nature and scenery was beautiful! Would definitely recommend booking this trip!

Very nice walk. Not too risky. But well run with a river and some waterfalls fed by a network of large pipes. A little expensive they can find a better price on the spot.

Exceptional! We received a warm welcome from all members of staff. Our driver, Nengah, was a very friendly man who told us lots of interesting facts about the area, Bali island and funny stories of past tourists he has been with. This was our first time white water rafting so we were a little nervous, however, the staff at the rafting centre and boat guide could not have been better. Truly a day to remember!

We had an excellent few hours rafting on the Telaga Waja. The whole family felt safe whilst experiencing a few thrills on the white water and 2 dam drops. Gary steered the boat and was very clear when to “jump”, “paddle” and prepare to crash etc. we were never in danger of capsizing. He also sought out waterfalls to give us a good drenching in the heat. Wijaya, from Bali Driver Hire got us easily to the location in the mountains and back safely despite the crazy Sanur traffic in the kite festival. His expert knowledge and short cut got us home in good time.

A very memorable day of our Bali trip. Really glad that we booked and would definitely recommend. Started with a WhatsApp from our lovely driver Nyoman confirming our prompt pick up from our hotel in Nusa Dua. Comfortable 2 hour drive in air-conditioned car for our family of four. Arrival facility had toilets and simple changing rooms, safety instructions and provision of buoyancy jackets and helmets. We went in swimming shorts/ scratch vests - you’ll get splashed under waterfalls- and left our dry stuff with the driver to transfer to the pick-up point. We had a waterproof case for our phone so we could take pics along the way, but you could purchase a photo package for about £15 for the family too. Water-shoes or old trainers good, as there was a small amount of walking on mud and rocks at one of the dams and getting in and out. We were 2 adults and 2 older teens & shared two rafts, each with a proficient instructor expertly steering and keeping us entertained . Current was good so we didn’t really have to do much paddling , and held on and enjoyed the ride. You need to be fairly agile to lean back at times , but it wasn’t too strenuous. You’re on the water around 2.5 hours- our kids were fine with this and really enjoyed it, but worth considering for younger children with shorter attention spans. Stopped after about half an hour for a drink (you can pay at end) & waterfall pics (squatting toilet available ) Showers and towel provided at end, basic changing rooms. We did the later tour (pick up 11:30, rafting @2pm) , so lunch was about 4:30pm (rice, noodles, chicken and soup), so make sure to eat before if doing this one. Perfect for first time, good balance of excitement but not terrifying ! Lush surroundings and perfect route. Would do it again. Thank you to all the friendly and kind staff making this a great experience.

Excellent day out. Driver Wayan was punctual and friendly. Car was clean and he had good local knowledge. The rafting was great fun, safe and relaxed. The scenery is amazing and very few steps is a bonus. The food was plentiful and quite nice, typical Balanese rice, veg and chicken. Overall lots of fun, good rapids and a couple of cool drops. Definately recommend.

Great day out. Wayan the driver was excellent, was punctual, clean car, very friendly and was knowledgeable of the area. The rafting was such fun, I would definately recommend.
