This tour was specially designed to see in one day the most beautiful and protected National Parks on Tenerife:
Volcano Teide & Anaga Cloud Forest.
One has volcanic Martian like landscapes full of ancient craters that will bring a different planet feeling, while the other is an always green cloud forest located at North tip of Tenerife where Atlantic trade winds form a sea of clouds.
You will be able to discover and explore the unique volcanic landscapes formed on Tenerife during millions years of evolution, sense different climacteric zones and learn about the Canary Islands history, endemic flora and fauna.
Walk following the paths of ancient indigenous berber tribes that once habited Canary islands and were called Guanches and get a unique opportunity to taste from the Canarian delicious cuisine with an optional stop at one of the traditional restaurants.
The guide is also photographer and will have a camera in case you love having some pictures during the day.

A great experience from start to finish with Victor. He’s a knowledgeable Tour Guide who customize his tours to the needs of his group and gives a very personal touch that is much appreciated. My kids and I had a great time with him exploring many of Tenerife’s natural wonders. One word of advice: if you’d like to do things that require tickets, such as the cable car to the top of the volcano or the lava tubes, make sure you coordinate with Victor in advance as these things can sell out. Lastly, an extra set of bonus points for Victor for being a great photographer and bringing his own camera along to capture photos of our adventures.

A few friends of mine went on a bus tour of Tenerife and said that they would've enjoyed it more if it weren't for a crowded bus. i thought it was my chance to do just that: get the same experience without the crowds, plus the promise of professional photos. My initial impressions were very positive: Victor turned up on time, seemed well prepared (with the easy hiking routes and a bottle of water), and cheerfully chatted throughout our journey. And to be very clear: Teide, Anaga, and La Laguna are among the most beautiful places in Tenerife and I enjoyed seeing them immensely. So, for Tenerife itself - 5 stars. The good points ended there, though. After dispensing with some basic Wikipedia facts about the Guanches and the volcanos, Victor talked about himself for the rest of the day - his life in Moldova, his work in Greece, his trips, his friends, his opinions about the world taken from some fringe corners of the internet. I found his ramblings amusing, but I wouldn't say that they helped me to get to know Tenerife better. It was particularly jarring to walk through La Laguna, where his answers got especially curt and vague: "What is interesting about this part of town? - Architecture." "Whose museum is this? - Some rich guy who lived here." I thought he was tired and didn't press further, but ultimately felt strange that my friends got the same or more detailed information on their bus tour at a fraction of the price. Anyway, I thought, at least I'd get great photos made with a professional camera! Throughout the trip, Victor showed me where to pose and took many photos, murmuring "Beautiful, beautiful!" every time. I also asked him to take pictures of landscapes without me in the frame - surely, they would've been better than what I could do on my smartphone, right? A few days after the trip I asked Victor when he could share the photos, even without post-processing to save his time. Well... At first, I thought he'd shared a folder with bad tries because the quality was laughable. Some photos had weird angles, where my head was bigger than my torso. Most had no sense of scale or perspective, so it was impossible to say I was in front of huge mountains and not in our backyard. One third of the photos was just of my back - taken when Victor was trekking behind me on the trail. I could understand one photo as an artefact, maybe two, but THIRTEEN nearly identical photos of my back - just... why? At this point I politely asked Victor if he had more photos, especially landscapes alone, hoping that maybe there were just a few more interesting options. Imagine my shock when he lashed out at me instead. He told me that I was super bad at posing, that I was in a bad mood the whole trip, and that I made it all super difficult for him. This was such an unexpected and incongruous tirade, I didn't even know how to react. We had just a nice, normal trip, talking and joking along the way and he complimented me for posing all the time. Like, what the hell happened?... I didn't know if he confused me with some other client or if he didn't want to admit how bad his photos were, I just withdrew from the conversation at this point. But I know that the choice of angles, perspective, and moment of a photo is on the photographer. Knowing facts about a tour is on the guide. Claiming that anything of these is somehow a client's fall is just petty and unprofessional. (The mountains and forests were also posing the best they could, I'm sure.) So, yeah, 5 stars for the gorgeous locations, minus 1 star for the guide's autobiography instead of a proper tour, minus 1 star for absolutely ridiculous photos, minus 1 star for a very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I talked to my friends afterwards and showed them the photos. Once they stopped laughing their faces off, we agreed that this wouldn't be an option we'd honestly recommend to anyone. Bus tours have their quirks, but at least the guides know their job and prices are low. The best alternative even for solo travellers or couples is actually to just rent a car - there are good parking slots everywhere and it's easy to follow other tourists on the trails.

A great experience for hikers, photographers, culinary enthusiasts, or anyone seeking to explore the world beyond the sun and surf for which Tenerife is justly famous.

Had the most amazing day with Victor, he gave us a fantastic tour of the island and made adjustments to still provide a great outing despite the wildfires. He had so much knowledge of the area and knew some great spots lesser known to tourists. He also took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch which was truly a hidden gem. Victor also does photography and took some amazing pictures of my partner and me which he then shared with us only 2 days later. I couldn't recommend this highly enough !
