4.00We had a shuttle from the city to Therme SPA. Our guide Lawrence was good, patient and helpful. However, we had to go the city to get our shuttle which was 30 mins away from our hotel at the airport, yet the SPA was 6 mins away from our hotel. That did not make sense to us. However good service.

5.00We had a wonderful time here. There were indoor and outdoor swimming pools, heated to 33 degrees, really lovely. There were 3 different mineral pools to rest in, which were very relaxing. There was a pool which had a wave machine come on at set intervals. There were 4 water slides for children and 3 water slides for adults in one of the pool areas. There were a couple of pool bars. There were lots of sun loungers indoors (we went there in March and it was a lovely temperature indoors there). Lots of pretty palm trees and plants dotted around. There are aerobic activities at set times in the main pool. We took our own towels and flip flops, or you have to pay extra to hire them on arrival (wearing flip flops is compulsory by the pools). Our taxi driver told us that if you overstay your allocated time, you get charged extra, so we made sure we left just before our 4 hours were up. You can pay extra to go into the Elysium area upstairs, but we didn't feel the need to. There was plenty to do downstairs, for no extra cost. We read lots of reviews before we went there, saying staff are rude, but we didn't find this at all. They were very friendly and helpful to us.

2.00A day of relaxation. It was very disappointing that we could only in the Palm area, where there was 1 steam sauna and otherwise only swimming pools.

5.00Quick visit with transfer, before the return flight. The minibus left from a central point in the city of Bucharest and accompanied us to the entrance of the spa. We only stayed for two hours, but I must say that they were enough to relax in the waters of the large swimming pool with sliding doors towards the external pools. If you want you can drink a cocktail which is marked on the bracelet and then pay when you return it..Everything very well organised.Beautiful experience!

5.00A bit of miscommunication to begin with as we were not given an exact time of where we would be picked up just a location, so we decided to not risk being missed and got an Uber to the spa. We didn’t realise the tour guide had our tickets but once we got into contact with him he was very apologetic and friendly. Dropped us off very close to our hotel. Lovely mini bud and friendly driver. The spa itself is amazing and I would recommend to anyone! Some of the staff inside are rather rude and unfriendly but the spa and facilities are lovely and great value for money! Would recommend.
