Anna was an excellent guide. A wealth of information! She answered all questions with ease. Her grasp of English was amazing. It was a very laid back, informative and entertaining experience with incredible desserts.

Anna was very friendly and full of interesting food, city, and historic facts. The evening tour had a great variety of foods and we got a thorough introduction to the food of Thessaloniki. Anna also shared her experiences living in a small Greek village, and contrasted that to her current life in the city. The city is very pretty at night!

Anna was fantastic! Really showed us the best of Greek Food.....every stop was truly delicious! Also showed us points of interest as we walked the city. I love taking food tours on our first night in a city and Anna did not disappoint! Thank you!

Being with Anna was like being with family. She was incredibly friendly and open to all questions. She took us to three small restaurants in a few neighborhoods . We sampled Greek dishes we don't have in the US and Anna explained their origins, varieties, and how they were prepared. We also sampled true Retsina and a beverage similar to ouza. There was plenty to eat and drink; we were so stuffed at the end of the tour that we took our dessert back to the hotel! We also appreciated her insights into life in Thessaloniki and the regional distinctions between Thessaloniki and Athens. Finally, she followed up with list of restaurant recommendations.

We only had one night in Thessaloniki and I’m so glad we spent it eating our way through the city with Anna! We had a great time weaving our way through the streets as Anna told us about her city. Her stories were fun and interesting, and all of the food was amazing! I also really appreciate the follow-up email with all of the restaurants we visited and names of the food we ate.

We had a wonderful time getting to know the city, food highlights, the group we were with, and our excellent guide, Anna! I would highly recommend this tour. Only recommendation that I would have, would be for the guide to pre-order the selections, to reduce the amount of down time sitting at the restaurants. Otherwise, I highly recommend this tour and our guide. Thanks, Anna!!

Really great tour with Anna who took us on a culinary journey through Thessaloniki but also provided such interesting historical and social context throughout the evening. I learnt so much about Thessaloniki and recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city
