  I highly recommend this service! The car was very clean, smelled well, had air conditioning and we could choose the soundtrack to our trips from the touchscreen. Our driver was very professional, friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much, we booked the driver for two additional days. If you need a car service in Yogyakarta this is the company to hire!

  In advance of the arrival we were already in touch with the driver. When we arrived we could find us quickly and started the transportation. There was a little walk to the parking area and then we started towards the Hotel. The Driver was relaxed and sympatic. Save trip to the Hotel ! Well done ! One issue to mention: Since the Airport has changed, the Airport is about a 1,5h drive away from Yogyakarta City Centre ( the old one was pretty closer )

  Overall, the booking was OK. I got from point A to point B. However, several problems could have been avoided. First, the driver did not speak English (and I also tried two other languages). That led to some confusion making the itinerary slightly longer. Second, it took me a while to find him at the airport. He was at the end of a long row of other drivers and only held the sign with my name up intermittently. He almost seemed ... "shy." When I finally saw him, I was already trying to call the company to ask where the driver was. Third, although I had already paid for the service, the driver thought I needed to pay upon my arrival. Fortunately, I was meeting with a local who could explain the situation to the driver. In sum, not ideal, but 3-star worthy because I got where I was supposed to, even if somewhat later.
