When I had booked this trip under no circumstances did viator mention to me that the castle of Pelés was closed on Tuesday. My trip was scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, 2025. I received a notice on Monday June 16 late at night that it will not be possible to visit this castle. It is therefore impossible to cancel because it must be done 24 in advance Seats not at all comfortable Very disappointed

If you visit Bucharest, a trip like this one is necessary. It is a long day with a lot of driving due to the distances involved and heavy traffic. But you get to see the countryside, a couple of castles and a lovely town, Brasov. It is certainly a great trip, which also involves a lot of walking and stairs in the castles. But the guide, Roxan, who was otherwise excellent, should have spent more time with the group, rather than focusing on free time. It gave us a good idea of Romania and we enjoyed the trip.

This tour was conflicting for me. I had a wonderful time at Dracula’s Castle and Peles as well. Braşov was beautiful and our guide, Roxanna, was terrific. However, there were two different groups on the same bus. One an English speaking and the other a Spanish speaking. There tour guide was very uninvolved and as a result they were very loud and disrespectful. It was almost impossible to hear any of the information given over the headsets. They were asked to settle down multiple times and it never got better. So, while I give the locations a 5 star review the company did a terrible job with this mess. I would not recommend them if they continue to do this.
