Tsitsikamma Forest’s Big Tree
Adventure starts with a visit to the Big Tree, a yellowwood giant just 10 minutes' walk from the main road in the spectacularly beautiful indigenous forest. The tree is ±800 years old, 36.6 metres high with a circumference of almost 9 metres.

At the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve, enjoy a walk through the forest to the suspension bridge, followed by lunch at the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve.

5.00We had the best day with Rickus our very knowledgeable guide who showed us the best of Tsitsikamma National Park. We felt safe and comfortable at all times and built an itinerary that suited us as a family. We had lots of time to go off and do activities whilst Rikus waited for us with the air conditioned van! Would highly recommend. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off on time. Thank you Gecko Tours.

5.00We had a fantastic trip with Eugene. He gave us lots of different options for the day to ensure the day was just perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble. He also gave us lots of really useful local information. Highly recommend this trip!
