This small group adventure encompasses the very best the Red Centre has to offer.

Overnight escape exploring two iconic locations (Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park). There is a very good reason why Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The park was first added to the list in 1987, when the international community recognised its spectacular geological formations, rare plants and animals, and outstanding natural beauty. Your expert local guide will uncover some of the incredible secrets the Rock offering guided -commentary, stories and hidden gems that really bring this place to life. We have comfortable twin safari tents providing a little more comfort, privacy and security, or you can try out a traditional swag experience (canvas-covered bedroll).

Excellent way of exploring Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Dion was a great tour guide. Only suggestion would be staying at the Uluru sunrise for longer since we left before it rose.

Hiking around Uluru is a once in a lifetime experience and very moving. Ben, our hike and camp leader for the overnight was superb. I would request him if I were to do this tour again. Be prepared for walks, although 2-3 k, are in the hot part of the day the first day. Bring your fly swatter! We were caught unaware about the flies that are out on the hiking trails and they are extremely annoying. There are fly nets for heads which we didn't know about. I would recommend that the tour group offer these in a similar fashion to the swags. There are requirements for the amount of water you carry on a walk; make sure you do it because it is going to be necessary. Be prepared to get up early on the second day. We got up at 4:30 am to hike through the Valley of the Winds and to the other viewing points. This camping trip is not for someone looking for a "glamping" experience. You need to know what you're doing and you need to listen to your group leader. Much of this area is sacred to the aboriginal tribes and please please respect that. Please try to take a moment and learn about the history of Uluru (the people, the land, the plants) before you go. Also, be prepared that your shoes will turn red from the sand.
