Nice museum some of the classics not there was super glad to be able to get tickets last minute when sold out on website

Horrible. Absentee host. No refund. Too expensive. Terrible experience! Never, never, ever use them. I wasted a ridiculous amount of money.

Sending the tickets was a disaster. I had to call 4 times by phone (in Spanish and English) There were 15 minutes left until check-in time and they didn't send me the tickets. The person at the call center did not understand the Mail, the headquarters had been registered for years with the same Mail. I had a very bad time. Disastrous service 25 minutes online, who is going to pay the cost of the call

This is a good service if you forget to book your ticket to the Van Gogh Museum in advance on the official Van Gogh website and you discover tickets have sold out for the days you are available to visit. Although over twice the retail price and the tickets are slow in being sent (ie not instantaneous after purchase, but arrived 4 hours later), the tickets were valid and I was able to visit this incredible collection.
