My daughter did the same class in Verona for half the price and more alcohol! Don’t get me wrong it was good to learn how to make the pasta and to eat it, it was delicious as was the tiramisu. I was expecting more fun based on other reviews. Our teachers were very nice though. We only got wine with the meal nothing apart from water on arrival. We had to ask for refills with the wine at lunchtime 😆Probably to do with the time of day as we started at 10.30 am . Still I would recommend this class as it’s a nice thing to do while in Venice.

Our instructors were very warm and personable. They offered not only excellent cooking instructions but also unique insights into the culture, restaurants and shopping of Venice. We learned so much, ate and drank so well and had such interesting conversations with the staff and other students. A must-do activity!

We did the Pasta and Tiramisu class on 23rd Nov at San Taverno and would recommend it to anyone wanting to do a relaxed basic class. It was a lovely sociable group. The instructors were friendly, had all sorts of tips about the history and making pasta, and they were patient the whole time, and we had a delicious meal to finish off. Great way to spend a few hours and to feel a little more confident about making pasta at home.

A great evening of fun. Barbera was so friendly and enthusiastic in helping us make wonderful Pasta and Tiramisu. Having never made pasta before it turns out with the right teacher you can. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to have a great experience whilst learning how to cook some local cuisine.

Great experience Class size was 13 which is probably on Maximum end (was informed classes can get up to 22 people). At times wasn't sure if doing correctly and lacked opportunity to ask for help at times Experience was great, learnt a lot and enjoyed ourselves. Would have been good if got to learn and be involved in making the pasta sauce and cooking the pasta. The chef cooked it. We also weren't sure if we were eating the pasta we made or from someone else's in the class. Presenter was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Venice great teacher, and had a small intimate group that made the experience more fun for learning! We had about twelve people in our group some from all over the world that made for great conversation

We was welcome from the first minute had a great time learning to make pasta it was well explained and demonstrated also we had a good laugh then to top it we actually had what we had made it was then cooked for us with a glass of wine what a wonderful experience
