I really enjoyed the Tour that John arranged for us. There was a nice small group so easy for us all to listen to what John had to say with his wonderful knowledge of Kilkenny City. We had a great time on our tour and learned a lot! Perfect length and good amount of information; we had a list of things to come back to see after, so do the tour at the beginning of your Kilkenny visit. Well worth the price!

We had an amazing time on the Kilkenny Historical Highlights Walking Tour with John. Even with the rain, he adjusted the route seamlessly and kept the tour fun and engaging. John is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and had us laughing throughout. He also pointed out great photo spots and gave us excellent recommendations for the rest of our stay in Ireland. We’d recommend this tour (and John in particular) to anyone visiting Kilkenny. We’ll definitely be joining again when we’re back!

Very good tour with a local guide who was fantastically knowledgeable on all things Kilkenny. We hit all of the highlights and the length was just long enough to keep fresh and also left time to go back to spend more time at the sites visited.

Very informative guide about the city and its history. The tour covers most of the historical sites and events in Kilkenny. Thank you, I enjoyed the tour and hope to be back again in the future.

Very informative tour, even for myself being an Irish Citizen and having visited Kilkenny multiple times in the past. Often, it is the local knowledge which really counts.

This was a delightful tour through Kilkenny to see all the most interesting sights in town. It’s an easy, relaxing walk with brief stops to learn the history of this amazing city. Our tour guide, John Britton, gave us the inside stories and history with plenty of fun and humor blended in, he is terrific and would highly recommend John for a tour and to share a pint! I would highly recommend this two hour experience.
