• Fun Waterpark for a few hours

  Fun waterpark, but expected more of the rides. The most interesting is the way the park was built completely blended to nature. Many trees around the entire waterpark.

  Flow Rider Safety is abysmal. We’d had a great day at the park and would have scored top stars. However, we finished off the day with my 10 year old niece having a session on the Flow rider. She had one side and on the other were adults. A rather large woman who had no balance, was all over the place fell into my nieces side, knocking her flying and both of them flying up into the top part. Both attendants fussed over the woman, she didn’t even check how my niece was, their attention to her was minimal, my sister checked her over, she’d hurt her head where the woman landed on her. My niece is slight, why they have large adults on the ride at the same time as children is a concern. Had we realised there was going to be an adult session at the same time we’d not have let my niece on. Poor treatment and poor supervision of an adult with no balance and the risk she poised to others especially children! Poor safety Water Bomb! Poor safety!

  This is my fourth visit in 25 years and every time there's improvements to the park that make it even better. We all had a great day, especially the kids (and even the sullen teenager). The garden setting is beautiful, the food is really good quality and value, safety is taken seriously. A gazebo is a good investment if you like a safe, central space for family to find each other, but book early so you don't miss out!

  Just above average waterpark by international standards. Excellent staff. Very well maintained and organised. The only issue, and it is a big one is that you cannot bring outside food in and the food is grossly overpriced. What one ends up paying is Western prices for entry and western prices for food, which begs the question why not enjoy the same thing at home? Will not be coming back for these reasons – I’ll just stay at home and choose from a number of water parks for the same money.

  Just visited last week. Tip to you guys: don't come in at 10 a.m., it's the peak of the raft. Come in at 8:45. For lunch, try the food booth in the lower left corner, it's more affordable and tastes authentic. I've been in doubt about the security of the Climax, but the lifeguards here are very professional in doing double checks.

  Waterbom Bali is an excellent water park and absolutely worth a visit. Everything feels very well organized, clean, and professionally operated. Despite good attendance, the queues moved quickly and never felt frustrating. The park has a great variety of slides and pools, offering something for all ages, from relaxing areas to high-energy rides. Food and drinks were surprisingly good for a water park. Plenty of options for proper meals, coffee, ice cream and snacks, all easily accessible throughout the park. The entire area felt clean, safe, and well maintained, which makes a big difference when visiting with children. Staff were helpful and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and positive. A full five-star experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun day in Bali.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Best family day out!!

  An absolutely awesome day out with our two families. Forget about booking a gazebo and head straight for the lounges near the kids area. A great shady base for the day. Arrive early, before 9, to make the most of shorter or no lines, especially the Python slide which seems to be a 30min wait from 11am onwards. Something for all ages here - an awesome new Zulu hill for ages 4-8, and the huge kids area is a great start until your kids work up some more courage. My 8 year old son went on every ride, even the solo options, and had THE BEST day of his life! This park is the cleanest, tidiest and friendliest place like this I have ever visited. The beautiful lush gardens make it such a nice experience. Make sure to do a walk around of the whole park to check out all the different pools etc - easy to miss things! The load and go wristband is great but just load it up, you can always refund at the end of the day, which was quick and easy. Also super easy to top it up all around the park if you need to, but easier not to have to keep going back to a locker to get your money! No food byo - but what they confiscated they have an option to pick up on your way out which was very cool. Cool towels and water provided outside the park when lining up at 8.45 was such a lovely touch. Food, drink and icecream options are amazing - you will be pleasantly surprised that it can be so good! Also the eco friendly nature of the park, no rubbish etc is amazing. We didn’t anticipate to spend the whole day, as we had 5 kids ages 4-8, but we spent 9am - 6pm at the park no issue!! Super clean toilets and change rooms. Lockers were great but again, line ups for towels and lockers from 11am, so be an early bird. There are even photographers around the park so while you don’t have your phone with you, they’re snapping your adventures and you can purchase any time over the day. Super impressed with this park!

  Great waterslides and great place to spend a day. There is a good mix of intense adrenaline pumping slides as well as more relaxing areas and plenty of pools and sun lounges to relax in. There is also a pool with a swim up bar. Highly recommend if you are passing through Kuta.

  Awesome day out, so good we went again during our stay in Bali. Fun for all the family, incredibly clean, very safe and modern. So many choices of slides for all the family and our son tried out the flow rider (on both trips - small additional cost) and the instructors were brilliant. Food was super, bars - some swim up, and really friendly staff. Our first day trip (Monday 22nd December) there were literally minimal queues - 5 mins max if we queued at all. On our second day (30th December) it was much busier but max wait time was 10-15 mins. We didn’t rent gazebos as we were just there for the slides but they looked great.
