Absolutely dire one of the dirtiest places in the whole of Amsterdam expensive rubbish don’t waste your money it’s one small little ice room you are herded in like cattle if you expect it to be like one of the others in other countries you will be very very very annoyed and disappointed just don’t bother spend your money on something a lot better

Really good fun. A must do when in Amsterdam. The photos you can get are great. Really good to start a night out.

The Ice Bar is a nice cosy bar, all the staff/crew are amazingly friendly and welcoming! The ice glasses are brilliant! The cruise was a bit underwhelming tbh, hard to see the sites of the city from a covered boat....but would be a good option on a rainy day too. Still enjoyed it and glad I went so all in a good experience.

Ice bar was really good but you could just pay separately. Unfortunately there was no sign of the canal ride, no one on hand, no one knew about it. We waited on the dock for an hr and asked 4 boats who were none the wiser. Really disappointing not to be able to do the full experience that I paid for

The ice bar was a great experience and it was fab drinking from ice glasses. Unfortunately we were let down by the canal cruise and had to make our own way.
