1.00We prepaid AED 2,300 for an Otolo Homes + Yas Island tickets package. On arrival day, managing two wheelchair users and kids, it was impossible to detour to the hotel first; no email ever told us hotel check-in was required before tickets. We ended up buying new tickets on the spot for AED 2,100 so the kids didn’t miss the day, and I emailed immediately to cancel the hotel portion. Despite that, we received a generic “we tried reaching you” response and no refund—with zero acknowledgment of the accessibility and communication gaps. Requested resolution: refund the prepaid amount (AED 2,300) or provide equivalent compensation; fix pre-arrival communications to clearly state ticket collection rules; add an accessibility pathway (remote ticket issue or will-call at the park) for guests with mobility needs. Booking name: Aurangzaib Zafar. Date: Sept 13.
