  Such a great trip! Food was excellent, crew were great! Snorkeling and sundowner spots and the visit to Whitehaven were just magical! Awesome playlist, thanks Dan! Interesting information given about all the spots we visited. Lovely to see how well the crew worked together as well! Thanks to Dan, George and Lauren for a fabulous trip! Only thing that could improve it s having slightly fewer people on the boat. 30 seemed a lot, with the space available.

  We’ve just finished our Pro Sail boat trip, which I booked for myself and five friends. We initially thought it would be a great opportunity to meet people, but with a group of 29; 18 of whom were German girls who didn’t speak any English and largely kept to themselves, it ended up being quite difficult to bond as a group. Although there were technically enough beds below deck, it was unbearably hot and realistically not suitable for everyone to sleep comfortably. The weather was overcast and grey, which of course wasn’t anyone’s fault, but it did impact the overall experience. We snorkelled three times and while the locations were different, they all looked very similar; due to the weather, visibility was poor and everything appeared quite grey underwater. At Whitehaven Beach, we were dropped off during the hottest part of the day with no water provided and very little shade. We were required to stay there for four hours with no option to return to the boat, despite the fact that it seemed feasible as two crew members remained onboard. Because sleeping below deck was so uncomfortable, we chose to sleep on top of the deck, but were not warned that rain and a thunderstorm were forecast - something the crew really should have communicated. There were no paddle boards or additional activities available. The trip largely consisted of sitting on the boat reading, with short snorkelling sessions (around 15 minutes, twice a day). The sunset was lovely, but paying £350 for two nights felt excessive given the limited activities. The food was nice but nothing memorable, and overall it felt like we paid a lot simply to eat and swim, something that definitely could have been done far more cheaply. The Whitsundays are absolutely worth visiting, but in our opinion, a two-day boat tour isn’t necessary. I’d strongly recommend just doing a day trip to Whitehaven Beach, which is a must-see. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this experience to others as we felt let down by the lack of comfort and poor communication. That said, Donny, our deckhand was genuinely lovely and made a real effort, which we truly appreciated

  Genuinely one of the best experiences of my life. The scenery is beyond spectacular, the most pristine water you can imagine, it was amazing from start to finish. The crew were even more amazing. Huge shout out to the Skipper Dan and his crew Donny, Anya & Ian. You really couldn’t wish to meet better people. Will most definitely be back in the future!

  Did the 2 night boat trip on Condor and overall had a good time. Crew were really nice and laid back and the views were incredible. They took us to some really great snorkelling spots too. Having done a snorkelling boat trip in Cairns with passions of Paradise a few days before I did feel that the snorkelling equipment wasn’t as good (and no flippers) but appreciate prosail don’t market themselves as a snorkelling experience in same way passions of paradise do. The condor itself wasn’t a particularly nice or comfy boat. Definitely a boat for backpackers. There were very few places to sit on the deck where something didn’t stick out or poke you but it is a sailing boat I guess. Sleeping arrangements were not ideal. Bed was very close to the ceiling and for nearly 30 people it was very close quarters - we were practically on top of each other. Same can be said when everyone was on the deck at the same time sunbathing - a bit like sardines. For only 2 nights and for the chance to sail in whitsundays it’s worth sucking it up but if I had my time again I would definitely have chosen a bigger boat with nicer beds. My final and biggest gripe is that out of the 29 passengers on condor, 21 or 22 were all already part of an Intro Travel tour and had already known each other for over two weeks. Not a fault of the crew but definitely an oversight on behalf of prosail organisers. To have a pre-established tour group as the majority on board really slanted the social dynamics of the boat trip and left the few solo travellers slightly on the outs. I do believe this experience was a rare occurrence but would recommend people try and check beforehand if this will be the case before their boat trip.

  I had a wonderful time on the boat! The activities were wonderful: snorkeling, doing flips from the edge of the boat into the water, watching (the most stunning) sunset,etc. ! Even waking up pretty early was fun because one could really cherish the day even longer. Being pretty active does make one really hungry, but don‘t worry: These guys are excellent cooks ! Moreover, the most amazing thing for me was the good mood of the crew which was veerrryyy contagious☺️Thank you Dan, Ian, Donny and Anja!!!

• Sailing around the Whitsundays

  I just got back from an incredible 3-day, 2-night sailing trip on Condor around the Whitsundays, and honestly… I’m still riding the high. This was one of those experiences that just sticks with you. The crew was next-level welcoming—super knowledgeable, genuinely fun, and clearly passionate about the reef and local islands. They kept the vibe light and friendly the whole time, but also made you feel totally safe and looked after. The itinerary? We hit all the icons—Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet, and a bunch of stunning snorkel spots I never would’ve found on my own. Crystal-clear water, vibrant coral, turtles cruising by like they owned the place… just unreal. Living on Condor for a couple of nights was part of the magic. It’s a racing yacht, so it’s fast, sleek, and surprisingly comfy. Sunset on deck with everyone chatting and laughing was honestly one of my favourite moments of the whole trip. Food-wise, they kept us very well fed. Fresh, tasty meals, heaps of snacks, and options for different dietary needs—zero complaints there. If you’re thinking about exploring the Whitsundays and want something more immersive than a quick day tour, prosail is absolutely worth it. Loved every minute. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

  Incredible experience in my first ever Sailing Boat! Romaine, Ian, Lauren and Jamie made the trip fun and adventurous, and were always there for any help or questions. Highly recommend :)

  Somewhat unusually, we joined this sailing trip as a family of four, with two children in their twenties, and from the very first moment it felt like we were exactly where we were meant to be. We sailed over New Year’s Eve 2025, and this journey quickly turned into one of those experiences that stay with you long after you return home. Captain Dan, together with Laura and Donald, created something truly special. They were not only exceptionally kind, helpful, and full of positive energy, but also highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about the area. You could feel at all times that you were in safe and capable hands. Safety on board was clearly a top priority, and Dan’s personal and detailed safety briefing was both reassuring and exemplary — it immediately built trust and allowed everyone to fully relax and enjoy the adventure. One of the most magical moments of the trip was New Year’s Eve itself. The crew suggested connecting our boat with two other Prosails boats in a beautiful bay to celebrate together at sea. What we deeply appreciated was the respectful and thoughtful way this idea was discussed with all guests beforehand, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and included. The result was a spontaneous, joyful, and unforgettable New Year’s celebration under the open sky — truly something special. The food on board exceeded our expectations. It was simple in the best possible way: fresh, lovingly prepared, varied, and consistently delicious. Alongside the main meals, we enjoyed desserts and thoughtful afternoon snacks, which added to the feeling of being genuinely well taken care of throughout the day. Comfort on deck was basic, with limited seating, but this never felt like a real drawback. This is not a luxury yacht with private suites and hammocks — it’s an authentic sailing adventure. The simplicity only added to the charm, reminding us that this trip is about shared experiences, salty air, and memories rather than spa treatments. We especially loved how gently each day began. Around 6 a.m., the boat slowly came to life as people eased into the morning with a cup of coffee or a bowl of muesli. Soft, perfectly chosen wake-up music created a calm and pleasant atmosphere, and Lauren’s cheerful “wakey, wakey!” became a daily moment that made us smile and will forever be part of our memories. Even with the beautiful purist approach, we would like to mention that the bathrooms and toilets would benefit from some updating. A bit more attention to hygiene would make the stay even more comfortable — a small improvement that could elevate an already wonderful experience. Music played a surprisingly important role throughout the trip. At every moment of the day, the crew had the perfect playlist ready, filling the boat with an incredible vibe and adding warmth, energy, and soul to life on board. One small piece of advice for future guests: check the rainy season beforehand. We were lucky with the weather, but consistent rain would naturally change the experience, and the famous deep-blue water truly shines brightest under clear skies. In the end, we are simply grateful that we chose this sailing provider. The warmth of the crew, the atmosphere on board, and the shared moments at sea made this trip truly special. We would wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone looking for genuine adventure, human connection, and unforgettable memories — and we would come back again without hesitation.

  I had an amazing Whitsundays Island Adventure tour with Condor and I can highly recommend it. The tour started in Airlie Beach and took us to beautiful places like Ravens Cove, Hook Passage, Tongue Bay, Whitehaven Beach and Cockatoo Point. Every stop was stunning and offered something special, from breathtaking views to crystal clear water. We went snorkeling three times and saw incredible marine life. There were colorful reefs and many different fish, as well as jellyfish, a turtle, two lemon sharks, a stingray and even an Australian tuna. It was an unforgettable experience to see so much wildlife up close. I did the tour during the rainy season and even then it was a really great trip. The weather did not take away from the experience at all. The atmosphere on board was relaxed and friendly and the people on deck were lovely. The crew was absolutely amazing. Skipper Dan and the deckies Miyabi, Donny and Adrian made this trip truly special. They were professional, fun and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. They also shared interesting information about the surroundings and the places we visited. The food on board was delicious and there was more than just three meals. We were spoiled with snacks and appetizers before the meals, which was a really nice touch and made the experience even better. If you wanted to, you were also allowed to help a bit with setting up the sails, which made the tour feel even more authentic and interactive. Overall, this tour was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my time in the Whitsundays. I would definitely do it again.

  This was the absolute best way to celebrate new year! Me and my friend had an incredible time, the team made it an amazing, safe and fun experience. We had Dan, Lauren, Donny and Vera as the crew and they were all so nice, helpful and ensured we had the most fun time! We went snorkelling round some beautiful reefs, visited beaches and had a great new year’s party. The food and tunes were perfect. Miss it already, definitely a must-do when in Airlie!
