The lunch is local authentic Chinese food.
Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang)
You will visit the Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. There are the Great Hall of People, Chairman Mao's Mausoleum and National Museum in the Square.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
You will be guided through this Imperial Residence for almost 600 years in the last two dynasties in China, to find out the histories flow between the archaic buildings, and to feel the massiveness of this wooden structural complex.
Jingshan Park
After exit the Forbidden City, you can choose to climb the hill in Jingshan Park, to get to the top pavilion to over look the whole Forbidden City.
Shichahai Scenic Resort
This is an optional stop, that if all travelers agrees, the group will go to Shichahai area to have a rickshaw ride in the Hutongs. Experience the Beijing old town culture on a traditional ride we had for hundreds of years in China. You can also see the HouHai lake during the trip, which is also a very nice place for a night out and restaurants. The cost for the rickshaw is not included in the tour, which is 90CNY each person, you can pay to the tour guide on the travel date.
Temple of Heaven
This is the heaven worshipping place for almost 600 years during the last two dynasties in China. You will see two most magnificent altars in there and have a nice walk through the Park Area to find out how local aged people spend their day there and look for a secret date matching spot in there.
Outer City Trip: Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer Palace and Olympic Stadium

The lunch is local authentic Chinese food in a restaurant.
Mutianyu Great Wall
You will be driven to the Mutianyu Great Wall through a beautiful countryside road, you will arrive earlier enough to avoid the crowds and queues to better enjoy the Wall. You will spend about 2 hours hiking on the Wall before gathering up for lunch. You can choose to take a ski - lift up and toboggan sliding down, it is highly recommended, so that you won't need to climb 30mins stairs before reaching the actual Great Wall.
Niaochao National Stadium
Driving pass the Olympic Stadium - Bird Nest. It is closed, so that we won't stop here, but you can take photos in the car.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
You will enjoy a nice view and a cooler summer in here. First you will see the Palace Area to find out how luxury life the Imperial Family had, and then have a walk through the longest Corridor with paintings in the world to get on an Imperial Ferry Boat(if available) in Kunming Lake to enjoy the stunning view of this massive Imperial Garden, which was a birthday gift from an emperor to his mother almost 300 years ago.

5.00Our 2-days tour with Keith was excellent !! we was so flexible with us, offered to pick us up from our hotel which was far from the center of the city. He customized the tour based on our preference and needs, picked Chinese dishes to try and it was sooo good !.He speaks very well english, has a nice comfortable mini-van. I highly recommend him ! Thank you Keith for everything you've done ! As per Beijing, it's a wonderful city, I highly recommend to visit with a guide, because on your own it's not as easy. most people dont speak english, Google and Meta are blocked, credit cards are rarely accepted, so traveling is not as easy. make sure not to fall for tourists traps, they will sell you a product for 10x it's price.

5.00It’s a lot of walking. I love it had an amazing experience with both David and Keith. On day 1 went to the wall and summer palace. The food was amazing. Ended the day with a surprise tea ceremony. Day 2 I had to do private bc no one else booked. Did have to pay a slight surcharge for this but was worth it to have private tour for the old city. My guide suggested a show at the end bc I had time. He set it up and set up my ride back to the hotel. It was this attention to details and surprises that made the days great.

5.00I booked the 2 day tour, including Great Wall and forbidden city, and was very pleased with it. The tour was very complete and very well structured. My tour guides were Keith and Mike, both are very great and can give you a lot of detail to the tour and answer every question. Also perfect English level from both. When I come back to Beijing with family I’ll definitely book this tour again and ask for both guides!
Be aware! Operator demands extra money!

2.00While our tour guides were knowledgeable, the company demands extra money 24 hours before departure on the tour. If you don't pay, then you don't have a tour. I paid the extra amount, but I was also shorten on time at an attraction. If you have another option, choose it.

5.00Very complete tour. I like that we had two days to do everything. Good was very good as well, which is unusual for this kind of tours. Will definitely recommended, especially if you are short of time in Beijing.
