  Four couples had taken a river cruise and at the end of the river cruise. We wanted to spend three days touring Romania. The company helped us organize an itinerary in a very professional manner. They listened to things we wanted to do and made recommendations. We couldn’t have been happier with the final itinerary that they set up for us. The guide was very knowledgeable about Romania including the history, the quaint villages, the beautiful scenery, awesome castles and fortress. We left Romania very impressed with the country. We left Romania after 3 days very impressed

  Our 3 day tour of Romania ran very smoothly and met all our expectations. Bogdan’s administrative skills and communication were excellent and our guide Marcel was knowledgeable, flexible and cheerful. The overnight accommodation was very good - providing a great experience within a walled UNESCO old town and also in a country chalet. We strongly recommend this company as they are professional and competent.

  So much fun! Our guide Matthew was just wonderful and told us so many great stories and we loved everything. The hotels they choose are very comfortable in good locations and the castles are incredible. Definitely do this!

  Fantastic country with landscapes and linen villages, presented by an excellent guide, very attentive and patient, ready to adapt the trip and visits according to our preferences. Excellent accommodation and Romanian food! We just missed to see a bear alive!

  Marcel could not have been a better tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history, customs, etc. of Romania, and presented it so that even I, who am not a history lover, was interested. The car and accommodations were first class. He took excellent care of us and was very accommodating. Definitely a first-class experience, I highly recommend it.

  Our local guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on Romanian history and culture and possessed excellent English skills (He spoke 5 languages). He booked all the tours and side excursions. The accommodations were both first-rate and historically significant. His schedule provided free time so we could explore some to the sites on our own. The travel routes he selected minimized the time spent traveling from one site to another.

  If you are looking for a place where to find amazing landscapes, vibrant and full of history cities and delicious food look no further. We did the 3 days tours of Transylvania and loved every second of it. Bogdan has been incredibly professional and provided us all the details we needed before our trip and beyond! Our guide, Gelu, was very knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. We felt like with this tour we gained a better knowledge of the history of the country, got to visit places that we would have never found in our own (the hotel in Magura was amazing), got insights on the culture from a local and a lot of useful food recommendations. Highly recommend tour :)

  I had a very nice 3 day private tour with Bogdan. Brasov and Sighisoara are beautiful places to visit and I very much enjoyed learning about the history of Romania. You can tell quite easily that Bogdan loves his country and enjoys teaching others about it. The castles, historic buildings, the small villages and the restaurants were awesome. The accommodations (Fronius Residence and Samedru Guest House) were fantastic...both providing wonderful glimpses into the history and scenery of Transylvania. I appreciate that Bogdan took the time to adapt the tour to the things I enjoy such as visiting old cemeteries. I am also very appreciative of Bogdan and all of the help he provided me during my time in Romanian. He was also very eager to help me practice my Romanian language skills. Highly recommend this tour

  We took a three day Transylvania tour with Bogdan in early November. Bogdan took us to the main tourist sights of Peles Castle and Bran Castle, but also to idyllic, beautiful, out-of-the-way villages on dirt roads deep in the Romanian countryside, where we awoke to the sounds of cowbells and had time to wander leisurely in the countryside. Everywhere we went, Bogdan explained the history and relevance of the sight. He is very knowledgeable about Romanian history and politics and we learnt much on this tour. Over the course of these 3 days, he also helped us take beautiful photos to take home (he’s a fabulous photographer), introduced us to Romanian desserts ( now we must watch our waistlines), opened our eyes to beautiful Romania and looked after us 100 percent. At the end of the tour, we left a small article of clothing in his car, and he went out of his way to return it to our hotel the next day. Bogdan is very professional but also caring - he loves animals and nature and is a whizz with a camera. If I ever come back to Romania, I wouldn’t go on tour with anyone else.

  Allen, Linda from Canada At the end of our river cruise to Bucharest, we wanted a private tour. Before we had left home, we did extensive research. We located Bogdan! What a find! Countless emails were exchanged to settle on a tour and accommodations. We did the usual Transylvanian route, Brasov,Sighisoara, Sibiu and Bucharest but at our leisurely pace, enabling side trips off the beaten path to remote villages at our request. Agreed upon accommodations were excellent. Rooms were on medieval squares, quaint, clean, but without close parking or elevators. Our young guide handled all luggage up and down many stairs. Bogdan was prompt, patient, courteous, knowledgeable re: history and culture. His English was excellent! The Honda SUV was immaculate, comfortable,safe and he was an excellent driver. The car was well stocked with drinks and snacks of all kinds. We are older and Bogdan was very intuitive to our needs. All entry fees were prepaid and he bypassed long lines at the tourist sites and provided a truly personal tour of each site. He has a passion for photography and often offered meaningful suggestions as to sites, lighting, etc. We had built a lot of flexible time on this trip and on route we engaged his services for another few days. He took us to the airport, assisted with checking in, and luggage right up to the security line. We have travelled extensively over the years and Bogdan was the best personal guide we have ever engaged. We would highly recommend him and his company. This young man is an excellent ambassador for his country.
