The event will take place at "Tres Raíces Winery" one of the best local vineyards in the recently named Independence Valley, Guanajuato, Mexico area. This territory is considered as the cradle of wine in America. The internationally award winning wine is exceptional and the staff is service oriented. Come and discover why all the world is talking about Mexican chefs. The vineyard is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the Chateau is large with grandiose architecture and filled with exquisite art.

We'll shuttle from San Miguel de Allende to visit one of the best local vineyards located approximately 25 minutes away. We will tour the beautiful Winery inside and out with its unique personality, grandiose architecture, and majestic vistas. We will walk the fields and smell the essence of the vines and grapes (green seasons only spring & summer). Next we will explore the biggest wine cellar in the region where the wine is aged and you will learn all about the wine culture and production process in Mexico. At this point is when the fun really begins as you seat down in the beautiful "Terruño Restaurant" where you will enjoy a 5 or 3 course luncheon menu prepared by a Mexican chef. As each dish is brought to you, we will explain what the dish is and how it was prepared. Each course will be paired with a delicious and internationally award-winning wine produced locally and specifically selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience. After your luncheon/dine you will have extra time to explore the rest of the winery: the store, the chapel, hotel and much more. ¡Welcome!

5.00VIP all the day! Tres Raíces winery arranged for the shuttle to the winery. It was on time and met us at the meet up location. The driver was super friendly and knew all about the area where the winery is located. As we arrived, we were amazed at the winery’s development with a restaurant and hotel. The winery is absolutely stunning and the food was 5 stars. The staff was super nice and the tour of their production was amazing. Oh and the wine, the wine was absolutely great and even surprised us in good ways. I plan to recommend this tour to all of our friends coming to San Miguel de Allende and to business partners that need a lovely retreat location, Tres Raices is your place.

5.00This was a lovely setting. The winery is pretty and we had a gourmet 5 course meal with wine pairing. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the experience.
