  We were disappointed. The food was bland, basic garden variety that a tourist can get anywhere in the country. Nothing regional or foodie about the menu. The tour guide, not a local, although knowledgeable in local history, kept mispronouncing the Spanish names and sites he was referencing.

  We had an excellent tour that combined some of the best dpots in the city for casusl food and interesting historical nuggets. I highly reccommend this tour for snyone viditing Ssn Miguel.

  Excellent intro to Mexican cuisine and some good local restaurants. Sopa, ehcilladas, mole, ice cream and churros!

  This was a fun, informative and tasty experience. Omar was our guide and did an excellent job of describing the history of the foods we were eating. The pace was good and the restaurants we stopped at were great. I had never been on a food tour and so glad we did. This was something I will definitely do again.

• A Wonderful Experience in San Miguel de Allende

  The food tour of San Miguel de Allende was a great way to learn about the culture, food and history of the city (and country). Vail (&Mary in training) were wonderful…so informative, the pace was just right and we got to try local food in five different places while touring the city.
