  Having spent the past week in San Miguel with my family I have to say the highlight was the Chef David Jahnke Cooking Classes School. David is a wonderful teacher who started the class with an insightful history of the origin of food from all over the world, I learned many things that I did not know. He taught us how to make (from scratch) 'Tortilla Soup', ‘Ceviche al estilo Acapulco’, 'Mole Poblano' and ‘Flan de Chocolate’...all were exceptional. Highly recommend this class and its value is many times the cost. We will definitely take another class when we return to San Miguel!!!

  The chef was very willing to adapt the menu to fit us, but we loved the meal that had been set. All healthy and cooked from scratch. So knowledgeable and learned so much. Highly recommend!

  I learned so much about technique and authentic Mexican cuisine all while enjoying delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Jahnke was knowledgeable, patient and a wonderful teacher!
