1.00Arrived on time and place of the appointment there was no one! They weren't answering their phones! Contacted Viatour as the only solution (after verifying that we were in the right place etc etc.) I was offered a refund (which seems logical) Allege representations that I would not return to Niagara Falls and that the excursion had been booked for months only said a : we understand his frustration!

1.00We had booked a sightseeing flight over Niagara Falls for August 31, 2025. Viator canceled the flight via email on August 30, 2025, because the plane was unavailable. We are still awaiting the refund we requested for the amount we paid (€151.76). To me, this is an outrage. After this experience, I would never book with Viator again.

1.00Do not book with them, if I could give 0 stars I would. The price and the flight time might seem enticing but save yourself the trouble, gas, and hassle and splurge a little more on the helicopter tours. We drove 2 hours from East Toronto for this tour and the pilot didn’t show up. There was no communication whatsoever. I received an email at 10:30 (1 hour after our supposed take off) stating that there was no booking in their online system and to contact them. This email would’ve been helpful at least 24 hours prior, not 1 hour after. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, please don’t make the same mistakes that I have and book with a different tour instead.

1.00Trip was booked on March 25. Tour was set for the march 29. Plan was down before I booked and no one didnt reach out until March 27. Wasted time and money. Haven't received refund. Do not book until they get better way to communicate

1.00I have been attempting to book a WagJag purchase since July 26, 2023 without any success. I have reached out through voicemails and emails without any company follow-up. I took the time to drive to the airport during a workday to book face-to-face and was told by airport staff that there was an ongoing issue with bookings and no shows and last-minute cancellations by the owner. Niagara Air Tours is still listed on WagJag as a vendor. BUYER BEWARE. In addition to the flight purchase, on the day of, you will be required to pay $35 for airport improvement and fuel tax as well as HST per person.

1.00Pilot was a no show. Left us waiting in the airport for two hours. Left four messages on their contact number/ no response over the two hour time. This was my husband’s bucket list; we flew in from California for this experience.
The pilot didn't show up and there was no communication of a cancellation.

1.00The pilot who I am told is named Ian did not show up. As a result my friends whom I had purchased this for showed up to the airport and found that teir pilot was a no show. They double checked if their tickets were valid and they were so they attempted to contact customer service and were unable to connect with someone. This is a very unreliable activity. I do not recommend.
Got cancelled, never got to fly.

1.00Unfortunately, never got to go on the flight. Flight was cancelled due to missing plane parts day before trip. Still haven't received the refund we were promised.
