Around 8 AM we Meet You at a Starting Point, we will travel through the middle atlas mountains. On the way, we will stop at Ifran, a small charming, clean town, known as " Switzerland of Morocco " because of its similarity to a Swiss alpine resort. We continue south passing through the largest cedar forest in north Africa and home to barbary monkies, we will have a chance to take fascinating pictures and feed the monkies
Merzouga Desert
After lunch in midelt, we head south via Talghomt pass admiring the beautiful views and landscapes that nature offers us. We arrive at the region of Ziz valley where we will stop for a breathtaking panoramic view for this hidden oases filled with palm goves. Within around one hour, we will arrive Sahara desert where your camels are waiting for you. After a rest, accompanied with a guide you will ride the camels and cross the high dunes of Erg Chebbi desert, see a magnificent sunset on top of a high dune, then continue trekking towards your camp where you will sleep ( tents like the nomads use). After dinner, you'll enjoy berber music played by nomads around fire and under a starry sky.

Waking up early morning is " a must to " to see one that could be the most beautiful sunrise in your life. After breakfast, we will begin our desert excursion in the Sahara desert to explore the different parts of the desert. First, we will see the lake of Merzouga that is home to exotic birds, then head directly to the middle of Sahara desert where nomads whith their animals still live a traditional life, we will sip a cup of tea with them and see how they live. Afterward, we take the route where Ralley Paris Dakar used to race, then we get to Mifis mines that once used to be exploited by France, time to visit them. We continue our journey by heading directly to Khamlia village that is inhabited by black Berber people originally from Mali, Niger ...We will have a chance to listen to their music and dance. Lunch in the village ( Berber Pizza). Then, we set off to visit an impressive oases on the edge of sand dunes before we end up our day in your hotel.

After breakfast at your hotel. We'll leave the immense desert and travel towards the city of Rissani, once a major stopping place for saharan-caravans route; if it coincides the day markets which take place on : Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays we will have an opportunity to visit the souk — the largest one in the region
Fossiles d'Erfoud
We then set off to Erfoud — fossil town. Here, you will see stalls selling crystals and precious stones as well as fossils. The workshop using Marmar is open to visitors
Discover Todra Gorge with Locals - Tourist Information & Experience Center
We then continue our journey to Dades valley passing through villages such as: Millab, Tinjdad, Toroug to arrive later to Todra valley which is a green one surrounded by mud villages and mountains. Driving around 30 min we get to Todra gorges: a narrow vertical passage with vertical cliffs 300m high rising dramatically on each side, they are a popular destination for climbing lovers. Lunch in the town,
Dades Gorges
continue to Dades valley where you will see the fascinating rock formation known locally as "monkies fingers" as well as beautiful mud kasbahs. Overnight in a hotel overlooking the valley.

Today, we travel to El Kalaa Mgou'na or Rose town where over 400 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported to perfume Industries. The festival of roses is held here every May As we travel from Rose town to Skoura you will see so many kasbahs among the greenery of Dades valley. The small town of Skoura Is surrounded by thousands of palm groves and the most beautiful kasbahs in southern Morocco are to be found here
Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou
Continue our journey to Ouarzazate " Hollywood of Africa " -with the biggest cinema studios in Morocco- , then to the most famous, filmed and photographed kasbah of Ait Benhaddou — A Unesco World Heritage site — We'll have free time to visit it and have lunch in the village . After, we head to Marrakesh via high atlas mountains (2260 ) , admiring the impressive mountainous views and speacial berber villages on the mountain's sides . Arrive to Marrakesh in the evening.

5.00I have never taken a private tour before. Normally, when I travel, I select a city, pick a hotel, and maybe do a day trip or 2. We purchased our plane tickets in September 2025 for an October trip to Morocco, to commit ourselves to this trip. Being quick on action and slow on research, I realized that without being familiar with where I was going, the trip would most likely be a bust. As the trip was so far off, I kept putting off finding a tour agency. I picked up the ball and found deserttrips online. He connected with Khalil, who had the patience of a saint, as I was asking ridiculous questions. Now as we already had our flights purchased, Khalil worked very hard to help us find a tour that would fit within our schedule. For the price we paid for the tour, I was expecting less than standard accommodations. Well, I was totally wrong. The hotels that deserttrips used were 4stars. The rooms were great, the food was fantastic, and the hotels were in very nice locations. Our tour guide/driver was Said, was super knowledgeable and made the tour very special. They felt like family. Thank you to all for making our trip to Morocco worth it. We'll surely use your services again!

5.00These words cannot express how incredible this journey has been. The tour was super organized. Selection of accommodation as well as the itinerary just perfect. Our tour guide Said did a lot to make this trip an experience. He introduced us to his country in a knowledgeable and very entertaining way. The many impressions will certainly accompany me for a very long time. Thank you very much Said. Words cannot express how impressive Morocco was. You have to experience it yourself. 5.00DesertTrips delivered everything they promised! We, four ladies, went with them to Casablanca, Rabat, Fès, Essaouira 20-24.08.25. Everything was in charge, nothing went wrong or missing. Our guide and driver – Moha – was absolutely superb. The car was comfortable and safe, and the accommodation was magical – facilities and views surpassed all expectations. We highly recommend DesertTrips and I will come back to you on another occasion!
There was nothing missing on the schedule!! The pickup, guides, hotels and the driver, everything was as planned!

5.00We had a fantastic trip with a great chauffeur, nice hotels with friendly staff and great food. Great and varied experiences in 4 days. Sitting back with a feeling of having gotten with us very much. We saved a lot of time on ordering a finished arrangement when we were going to travel to an unknown country and unknown culture. Would recommend everyone to book their next trip through DesertTrips!!

5.00My booking was last minute and Med was so patient with my enquiries. I changed plans and quotes many times. His knowledge of the area and different routes and timings is amazing. He took into consideration everything we wanted to include and created a trip well within our budget. Throughout the entire trip, our guide&driver Said was brilliant - knowledgeable, engaging and funny... We're now back home and Khalil called me to see how our trip was, which is a really nice touch and just shows what an excellent company this is. Our trip was awesome, and I've told Khalil we will definitely use them again once we've saved for our next trip.

5.00Four spectacular days, all super well organized, the perfect combination between must-see sites. Our driver and guide Yidir was very friendly and friendly and gave us a lot of information and explanations very useful and enjoyable. I totally recommend the trip! Definitely to repeat with this agency.

To this contributes the country to be of an incredible natural beauty, the people are affablefriendly and peaceful and finally our chosen driver and guide, Hassan, was exceptional in professionalism and humanity! Great service qd we need to visit Fez, Marrakech and the Sahara...in just a 4 days, and with good solution in our case that we do not master the English language. Perfect hotels and company, beautiful landscapes and spectacular meals. It flew! Could not be more satisfied and we will indicate to friends and acquaintances. I will definitely come back!!!
So, without getting too detailed here, suffice it to say the trip was excellent!

5.00Desert trips put together a 4-day trip to Casablanca, Fes and Marrakech for our family, including 3 adults and 3 children (15, 13, and 9). From the moment we were met at the airport by our wonderful and knowledgeable driver Hssaine to the day we left the country, every detail had been considered, and there was simply nothing for us to worry about during any stage of the trip. So much in so little time, and everything flowed like magic. I could not recommend them more highly.

5.00I had the pleasure of working with Med and Khalil from the Desert Trips, and I couldn't be more impressed. Our driver/guide (Yidir) was amazing. He kept everyone smiling and together with his friendly and humorous banter... Overall, an excellent trip value for money, lovely hotel and food. I would highly recommend this friendly team! And we will definitely book more trips with you next year.

5.00We were extremely pleased with our Morocco trip and with the ease of working with DesertTrips. We decided, just a few days before beginning a business trip to Casablanca, to add a short excursion to sample at least part of Morocco. Med at DesertTrips was always there to answer any questions we had regarding itinerary/destinations/accommodations... and we were all answered in a timely manner. He was able to quickly incorporate our rough ideas into a smooth and flawless itinerary…everything went PERFECT according to the itinerary and even sometimes better than planned. I rate this itinerary a 10+. The hotels provided were comfortable and clean, with an excellent breakfast that was included. Our guide/driver, Said, added to the experience. His knowledge and driving skills were superb. If you are thinking about this trip....do it!!
