Our powerful eBikes will let you climb the steep hills of Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea with ease!

With over 40 miles of scenic coastline to explore, where the speed limit never exceeds 25 mph, Monterey Bay is one of the best cycling locations in the world. From our shop at 2106 Sunset Dr, bike lanes run adjacent to the road for miles in each direction! And there's lots of free parking nearby. In Pebble Beach, you'll see beautiful golf courses and stunning mansions all along the ride.

Just after Bird Rock, in Pebble Beach, the bike lane cuts inland at the Spyglass Hill golf course, ending at the Pebble Beach Lodge. This is a great turnaround point for many.....after getting lunch or coffee and gelato at the Pebble Beach Market. If you are okay on a road shared with cars, then you can continue back on 17 Mile Drive along the ocean past the Ghost Trees and the Lone Cypress.

More advanced cyclists can also explore further on 17 Mile Drive to Carmel!

For those wishing to explore 17 Mile Drive in Pebble Beach, this is the perfect place to launch your adventure. At a leisurely pace, 4 hours is enough time to see all of the ocean-front section of Scenic 17 Mile Drive plus lunch at one of the fine restaurants in Pebble Beach or Carmel-by-the-Sea. Faster riders will explore all the way to Point Lobos State Reserve and back! Our team will help fit you on the electric bike of your choice. Then you can choose a digital or paper map to guide you on your favorite ride. Some routes are good for beginners and others for more advanced riders, so our team will help you choose the best path for your group! Children under 12 will need to ride on the back of a parent's cargo eBike. This is the $10 child ticket. They will not have their own eBike.

Our family had a wonderful bike ride along the 17 mile drive. The staff at Big Sur were friendly, informative and helpful. They really came through when one of the bikes had a flat tire and they quickly came out and exchange the bike for a new one. This was our most fun experience of the entire weekend!

These bikes are in great shape and this is a fantastic way to see this beautiful stretch of road. 4 hours is enough time to get out, walk the beaches, and stop for lunch. Highly recommended!

Super nice bike tour with good bikes. Nicely arranged and nice vantage points. Environment sometimes breathtaking! Not really catering to do a nice stop; we sat down at the golf club. That was fine and cozy but in our cycling outfits we were a bit underdressed:-)

This was our first time riding e bikes. We really had a great time. I have driven on the 17 mile drive several times before. This was an amazing way to stop and go and see all the beautiful sights.

We had a great time on the e-bikes the location was amazing and picturesque. Moreso the two people that worked there were enthusiastic and extremely helpful.

This tour was incredible. My husband and I kept saying this was one of our favorite things we’ve done. Such a cool way to see all the beautiful views. Our tour guide Zane was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommended!
Worth doing especially if you haven’t been to Pebble beach golf course.

Staff were very friendly. Bikes worked fine. Young staff member took time to give us the route specifics, fitting the bike and bike operation.

This was one of the best things we did over 10 days in California. The bikes are super easy for anyone who can ride a regular bike. 17 mile drive is long and hilly in parts. The e bikes made the sightseeing so much more enjoyable. Big Sur Adventures was perfect to deal with. 10/10.
