They cancelled my tour approximately 3 times and then changed my pickup location and only corresponded through email. The phone number you call for questions doesn’t have a voicemail set up and no one ever answered.

The boat ride to see the fault with OK. But the rest of the tour was really nothing. They took us to Fort George and then by the leaf place to sample syrup and chocolate, but it was all rushed, and after the boat tour they make you go and get your own lunch unless you buy their lunch I was very unhappy with it

Highly recommend! A fantastic experience that's a must-try for anyone visiting Niagara. We got to take the boat tour, enjoy maple tasting, and visit Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming small town.

We were dupped, this tour was a huge disappointment to us. We expected to save the $40 parking to view the falls but were only allowed to stay there 15 min then we thought we were going on a 1 1/2 round trip to a lake below the falls but it was a 1/2 hr stop in a tourist town.(Niagara-on-the-Lake) The boat tour is fine(won’t do it again) but you can purchase ticket for it at the dock or online directly. As you can see below the lunch was excluded on my tour but we were told to shop/lunch on our own in the downtown tourist trap for an hr while some of the rest of the tour went to a prepaid resturant?

We booked a tour for the Canadian side of the falls, then we were delightfully surprised when our tour got upgraded (with no extra charge) to include the US side as well! Lisa started our tour via hotel pick-up in Ontario, then showed us a few sights before driving us across the Rainbow Bridge into NY, where we picked up Logan, who guided us through the US park where we experienced the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Wind, Goat Island, and Terrapin Point. Although he's only 17 years old, Logan conducted our tour with all the knowledge and enthusiasm of a seasoned pro! He knows his facts and presents them in a way that keeps you engaged. He's very professional but also a lot of fun! When Logan was finished showing us around the US side, Lisa took us back to Canada where we did the Maple Tasting, stopped to see the Whirlpool and get pictures, and enjoyed the views from Queen Victoria Park and Table Rock before she took us back to our hotel. Lisa treated us as though we were old friends she was showing around...never rushed, just touring about, seeing the sights, offering interesting facts and insights and sharing laughs along the way. A few minutes after we were back at the hotel, I realized I'd left my phone on the bus. Unfortunately, I had booked the tour, and all the info I needed to contact Gray Lines via Viator was on my phone. It took us a bit, but we found a way to make contact, and within minutes, Lisa came back to bring my phone! Overall, in every aspect, this was hands-down the best tour I've ever taken! I would highly recommend it!!
