Welcome to Guatemala! We will take care of picking you up at La Aurora International Airport and taking you directly to your hotel. There, you can rest and prepare for the exciting day ahead on the second day. Your journey begins comfortably, from the very first moment, so you can dive into the experience with energy and enthusiasm.
(Thursday): City Tour in Guatemala City
Guatemala City
Explore Guatemala City on a tour that takes you through its history and culture. We begin at the mounds of what was once the Maya city of Kaminal Juyú, then visit the Miraflores Museum, where interactive stations immerse you in the rich history of this civilization. Next, we continue to the Relief Map, and then we tour the Historic Center, admiring the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace, and the iconic 6th Avenue. To finish, enjoy a meal of traditional Guatemalan food and a refreshing drink.
(Friday): Hobbitenango and Antigua Guatemala
Antigua and Hobbitenango. We start the day at the Hobbitenango natural park, where you can capture photos in hobbit houses, walk through natural trails, and have fun with games inspired by The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings movies. Later, you can enjoy panoramic views from the giant hand overlooking the valley. In the afternoon, we will continue in Antigua, exploring its most emblematic corners alongside an expert guide.
(Saturday): Lake Atitlan
Lake Atitlan
An unforgettable day at Lake Atitlan. From Antigua, we will travel to the highlands of Guatemala, arriving in Panajachel, the town most visited by national and international tourists. Here, we will stroll through its streets before taking a boat to cross the lake and reach San Juan La Laguna. In this place, we will visit Maya cooperatives, where we will learn about ancient textile dyeing techniques, the making of their traditional clothing, the production of chocolate, and the creation of their pictorial art.
(Sunday): Free Day
This day is yours to choose the activity you like the most. Do not hesitate to consult your travel agent for advice on the available options. Whether you are traveling alone or with the whole family, we have something that perfectly fits your preferences.
(Monday): Departure Day
Guatemala City
