MINIMUM AGE 18 Years & ABOVE IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE JET SKI
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
Guest should have the physical PASSPORT with them as it is required for the rental (Image/copy will not be accepted)
Any Damages incurred during the rental of the Jet ski, guest will pay the total amount of damage for the Jet ski.
In the event that the guest falls ill or should be injured during the tour, the Client shall be responsible for all hospital, doctor, medical and repatriation costs and the Company shall not be liable for any refund of the tour fee for any reason whatsoever.

It is a 1 hour Jet Ski ride that can be used by 1 or 2 people in 1 Jet Ski. Each person will be provided with a life vest by our highly trained staff to assist you on your first ride. Guest would have to go to Mina Fish Market. Definitely a fun activity that you and your family may enjoy all at the same time as you splash through the water. Each guest would have to bring their valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) for the use of the Jet ski. Riders should be physically fit and capable swimmers. A reservation should be made prior to the date as it is a first come first serve reservation. Open from 9:00 Am -6:00 PM.

1.00We arrived at the meeting point, but no one was there. We called the contact number and were given a new address, which was a 10-minute taxi ride away. When we arrived, it turned out to be the wrong address as well, so we had to walk 30 minutes to the beach. The person we spoke to had very poor English. When we finally got the jet ski, everything was fine for the first 30 minutes, but afterward, it became difficult to steer, and we were afraid of overturning. We decided to head back because it felt like the jet ski was filling up with water or something similar. Overall, it felt like a scam that we barely avoided.

1.00Terrible customer service, went to the location and nobody was there. Called the number numerous times and nobody answered. Waited 20min past my scheduled time and finally someone called me back and said I can only do 30min instead of my hour I paid for. Told them I have been sitting and waiting at the location I was told to go and I have called this number numerous times. Whoever I spoke with kept saying no no no and the. Hung up on me mid conversation. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
