We offer private transportation service from Punta Cana International Airport to all resorts in Punta Cana/Bavaro and Uvero Alto. Once you book your service, I will track your arrival and departure time to make sure we meet on time. Keep in mind that the airline will not notify us of any last-minute change. You will have to notify me of any last-minute change from the airline. On your arrival to Punta Cana International Airport, I will be waiting for you on past the exit doors with your name on a whiteboard. A lot of customers get confused on their arrival because they are stopped by other transportation companies. Do not stop and keep on walking until you go past the exit doors of the terminal. When we drop you off at the hotel, we will coordinate the pickup time for your departure if you choose the roundtrip option. As norm, I will pick you up 3 hours before the departure of your flight. Please remember that you will have to update me of any last-minute changes. For your departure trip, I will be waiting for you outside the check-out lobby.

5.00As soon as we exited the airport there was a young lady with a sign that had our name on it. She called our driver and we sat in the shade and waited 5 minutes. She walked us over to our driver a few minutes later and we were on our way to the resort. He talked the whole way to us and gave us tips and pointers on popular excursions that we could look into. The van could seat 12 people but there was just my family of 5 and him as I booked the private transport. I would use them again and would highly recommend.

5.00On time. Very professional. We arrived in Punta Cana and the rep was waiting for us with our name. So they were easy to find. She escorted us to the car, assisted with our luggage and we were on our way. Car was clean and well maintained. Driver did not drive like a maniac. All in all a great experience.

1.00I booked a roundtrip transport with eTransfers and prepaid them months in advance of my trip. The morning of trip, I received an email from them to bring specific documents with me which I pulled together. Their email did not ask for anything else from me. When our plane landed (early), I got a text from eTransfers saying that they cancelled my transport because they had not heard from me. I told them that I just landed and was contacting them as their instructions specified. They then offered me a one-way trip for more $ than I had already paid for the round trip. I did not want to cause delays for my family, so I submitted to their hostage situation. I found other honest transport at the end of our trip. AVOID these crooks. They didn't like the r/t price, so they squeezed me for double the $. I will be posting this warning on other sites as well to make folks aware of their practices.

5.00Carlos Junior is a reliable and communicative driver. I did a round-trip airport (PUJ) transfer with him and he was always punctual and friendly. He has a working knowledge of English and communicated with me on WhatsApp to plan my departure. Upon dropping me off to my Airbnb, he took the extra steps to make sure I was safe and inside. Before booking, I was skeptical that the payment was cash only but I assure you that the fee is fixed but they give you every reason to tip.
