The tour was wonderful. Naelah took us to all the important sites and gave superb information all day. Her depth of knowledge and ability to put places and historical times into context was excellent. Naelah worked alongside our driver Abdul Aziz to ensure that we saw not only the ancient and recent developments but also part of the everyday, working city. Highly recommended.

The sites of Alexandria were fascinating and our guide was very informative. All needs were taking care of and driver was prompt and went above and beyond. The tour itself was well planned but crowded in some places but it’s a popular site so cannot control that.

We had an amazing guided trip to Alexandria, and having transportation included made the entire experience completely stress-free. From pickup to drop-off, everything was seamless and well-organized. Our guide, Shaimaa, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought Alexandria’s rich history to life… from the Catacombs to the Citadel of Qaitbay. She shared fascinating stories while still giving us time to explore and take photos. The transportation facilitated by our amazing driver Emille, was comfortable, air-conditioned, and punctual, which made a huge difference, especially after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, it was the perfect balance of history, culture, and relaxation. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Alexandria without worrying about logistics!

I took this tour as an all-inclusive package, and I really liked the approach. It's important to understand that you’re paying for your time here. It’s similar to buying business class plane tickets — in reality, you’re paying for the extra space around you (because often, the food is almost the same as in Premium Economy). In this tour, you're paying to save time. Plus, you see everything that’s important to see in Alexandria. Don’t forget, it takes about three hours to get there and back from Cairo. By the time you arrive, you’re already exhausted. I can’t imagine navigating Alexandria without a private car and guide. My guide, Ella, was excellent — very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. My driver, Ahmed, was also great — always on time, and I felt completely safe with him behind the wheel. If you’re a female traveler, especially from the West, a private guide and trusted driver are essential for both safety and peace of mind. The driver was ready at 6:55 AM, I was ready at 7:05 AM, and our agreed-upon time was 7 AM. Looks like I’m always a bit late here in Cairo! I’ve been in Cairo for three days now: one full of work, another for the all-inclusive pyramids, Sphinx, etc., and this is the third. Tomorrow I leave, and the day I took this excursion was February 9th. Alexandria is a city rich in history — from the ancient Library of Alexandria to the impressive Citadel and the catacombs, there’s so much to see. If you see time as money, then I highly recommend this tour. But if you’re someone who wants to hear long stories and spend extra time on things, then first, buy some history books and read them at home, or second, go to a safe city and spend time there on your own. If you're a Western person, especially female (like me), it’s crucial to be on a private tour with a trusted guide and driver when in Egypt. I really liked how everything was organized here, and it definitely made my experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. P.S. Ella took great photos of me, and we even had some fantastic selfies, but I’ll be keeping those for myself and my loved ones. Believe me, she is a truly kind and wonderful person. At the start of the tour, she’ll ask you what you want to see, and then everything will be smoothly organized from there. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention — I had an amazing lunch of chicken, rice, and soup. It was perfect! The food reminded me of my mom’s cooking, with lots of spices and a very homemade feel.

We did an all-day tour of Alexandria with our guide, Shaimaa, and she was absolutely incredible. Kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable… she made the entire day feel effortless and fun. She showed us so much of the city, shared great stories and history, and made everything feel personal and authentic. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
