Our Hop on Hop off Holland tour to the Keukenhof, the tulip farm and the windmill cruise departs from This is Holland, Overhoeksplein in Amsterdam. To get to This is Holland, take the free ferry from platform F3 behind Central Station. The ferry shows direction “Buiksloterweg”. It is only a 3-minute ferry ride to the opposite side. When you get off the ferry, turn left. Look up and you will see a round building with the red, white and blue flag of Holland. This building is “This is Holland”. From the ferry, it’s a 3-minute walk. This is Holland is an iconic buiding with a 5D flight experience. By visiting this attraction you can learn the history of Holland while enjoying 4 entertaining shows and experiencing a flight simulation over the country's must-see locations. At This is Holland we’ve great facilities to welcome you. Free toilets, an inspiring waiting room and….. great coffee.
De Tulperij
Meet and greet with the bulb farm family, get all the ins and outs on how tulips are grown. And take a selfie in between the bulb-fields (the only spot in the flower region where this is allowed). Our full day tour starts with a visit of the tulip farm of Mr Daan and Mrs Anja. Third generation tulip farmers. The family has been active in flower bulbs since 1927. Grandpa Adriaan Jansze started growing tulips when he inherited a piece of land from his father and Daan's father took over the company, expanding into daffodils and hyacinths. Tulip farmer Daan will guide you through the fields. Learn all about how these flowers are grown and take some pictures in the colorful fields. You’ll end up in the show garden and you’ll have time to buy a great apple-pie, made by the farmer’s wife Anja.

5.00It’s hard to put Keukenhof into words—it's absolutely stunning and a bit overwhelming in the best way. There’s just so much beauty to take in! The tour overall was lovely. We really enjoyed the tulip farm, and while the windmill cruise was picturesque and relaxing, it made for a long day. By the time we arrived at Keukenhof, we were already feeling a bit tired, which made it harder to fully take in everything the gardens have to offer. If I had to do it again, I would pair the tulip farm with Keukenhof and save the windmill cruise for another day. That said, it was still a wonderful experience and a day well spent!

5.00This trip was wonderful with the unexpected beautiful boat ride in the canals in the Netherlands countryside. The tulip farm was beautiful, and the highlight of course was the beautiful gardens at Keukenhof!

1.00The Holland office at Amsterdam they put us in different tour bus. So we missed the Tulip Field tour. Chat with Viator customer service personnel about this problem. They didn’t give us refund back yet.

5.00We were late for the start of our full day tour because 1st we couldn’t find the metro station and then when we finally found it, we had trouble getting through the turnstiles. (2 people can’t go through on the same credit card & the turnstiles are picky about what card you use). Then we had trouble finding the correct ferry… HOHO employees were super nice and found us seats on a later tour. Missed the tulip farm but they helped us salvage our day! Our experience was that they organize the tours and cart you to each destination, you don’t get local info as you ride through the countryside but you do get a nice comfy seat. Our 1st stop was the windmill boat tour. I loved it; the tour guide and waitress were both very nice, the boat was clean and the scenery was lovely. It was nice and relaxing especially with having drink and snack options. The tour information was interesting and the guide had a fun personality. Definitely recommend it! Our last stop was the Keukenhof. It was absolutely amazing with endless breathtaking floral displays. Nice food and drink options, too. Yes it was crowded, but that’s to be expected that time of day and year. Food and drink lines weren’t too bad. HOHO gave us all our tickets and made sure we knew our options for return rides. It was nice to be able to stay as long or short as we wanted. Definitely recommend this tour!

5.00This is a very polished tour. They have everything completely organized. All you have to do is reserve and enjoy. I particularly liked that we had the flexibility to determine when we were done with Keukenhof and return back.
