The cruise is with a small group of people, so expect an interactive tour, and there is plenty of room for questions and recommendations during the cruise.

The Jordaan
The most common theory on the origin of the name is as a derivation of the French word Jardin, meaning garden: most streets and canals in the Jordaan are named after trees and flowers. Another theory is that the Prinsengracht canal was once nicknamed Jordaan (the Dutch name for the river Jordan) and that the neighborhood beyond the canal came to be called this as well. Our Flagship canal tour will start and end here in the Jordaan.

5.00Great fun and we learned a lot too. Alexander was a great boat captain and our guide was entertaining, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was a great way to spend the evening and see more of the city through the canals.

1.00Unfortunately, we were very disappointed as we received a call that our particular reservation was canceled. We tried to make the earlier time we were given, but we’re too late because of our itinerary. We paid in advance and lost our money. I would not recommend booking these in advance.

5.00We booked a later time but were able to contact the company to get an earlier time slot. The staff on the cruise were great and knowledgeable. Kept the passengers involved in some questions etc. We didn't get any cheese or drinks, but they offered non-alcoholic drinks as well as 2 kinds of cheeses.

5.00The captain and guide were very knowledgeable. They gave us a great tour, and the sights were fantastic, especially when the lights started to come on. I would 100% recommend this tour.
